Don’t do it!!! I don’t typically even do reviews, but wanted to spare others a waste of time and Italian dissatisfaction. My family and I were on vacation and looking for a place for pizza for our 4 and 10 year old that also had adult Italian entrées for us. We read the reviews and thought Pasianos would be a good choice based on the reviews… WRONG! The first sign should’ve been nearly no cars in the parking lot. However, we were giving them the benefit of doubt since it was in between lunch and dinner hours. As we entered there was dark lighting… probably trying to mask the booth seats which all had peeling leather, not to mention the box fan that was drying the floor from a leak. The cheese and pepperoni pizza we ordered was decent. The entrées were a different story! My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak pizza with no mushrooms and received the Philly cheese steak sandwich with no mushrooms and fries. I ordered the chicken Marsala… BIG mistake! For $ 15.95 I received half of a chicken breast over basically bland, plain, dry spaghetti with bitter tasting mushrooms. When I asked for more sauce for the dry pasta, I was told the wine would take to long to reduce for more sauce. So, I was left was half of a shriveled up chicken breast, dry, bland pasta and bitter mushrooms. The waitress, who shared it was only her third day, did adjust the tickets and did at least take our drinks off. Not really a fair compensation for the wrong order being put in or the less than enjoyable chicken marsala entrée. Not sure when the other reviewers visited this restaurant, but apparently Pasianos has fallen of the wagon since then. Don’t waste your money… it’s totally not worth it!!! Debra & Family LaGrange, GA Totally Dissatisfied!

The reason for this review is due to the understaffing of the restaurant. 1 cook, 1 server. The server was pregnant. They should have had another server working the floor. She did a really great job, but you can tell it was a bit much for her having to play hostess and server. Staff your restaurant properly!!! Based on the layout of the place there should have been 1 hostess, 3 servers, and 3 cooks bare minimum. The seats in the place looked like they were falIing apart too. I worked in the restaurant business for 7 years and run my own business for 3 years. I know this is not the way to run a restaurant. I gave this review another star for the food and the service, but management is to blame on this one, nothing else.

This company should do a quick Google search to find out what a real marghrita pizza is… I ordered one here and we extremely disappointed. This pizza is supposed to have a pizza sauce base with mozzarella cheese on top with a dash of basil. It is not supposed to have diced tomatoes with a cheese base and load of basil.

They had a free glass of wine if we checked in on Unilocal, but when we got there, they said they didn’t honor it. They said that Unilocal used them without permission. Then the seats were ripped up. The menu also had black marker covering menu items. It looked like I was reading some confidential document that had been redacted! We just decided to leave at that point. It was no use spending 40 – 50 bucks with the condition of the menu and seating like that. Didn’t leave a good impression and I can only imagine the kitchen if the front of the house looks like that.

Ordered a XL cheese pizza. Whenever I try a new pizza joint, I first order a plain cheese. I want to see what they are starting with. Sauce was proper, not too sweet. Cheese was a little skimpy, but enough. Dough was too thin. Should have been a tad thicker to represent a true NY style. I will return and try the Sicilian. This will be a real test of their metal. Overall… By local standards, it’s good. By NY, NJ, PA&CN standards, this pizza would be an epic fail.

As a person that has lived and dined on NY style pizza, I was disappointed by the advertisement of this establishment because the pizza I had was nothing like NY style pizza. I ordered the lunch special which included 2 slice of cheese pizza and 3 garlic knots for $ 4.99. I also placed an additional order after receiving contradicting information. At first I was told you could order a slice of any specialty pizza, even the menu stated so, and I wanted a Philly slice, then after placing the order, the Cook said no because the meat wasn’t already prepared, basically I could only get a slice of the lunch special pizzas(cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, some other pizza). When I requested white sauce, was informed no because the sauce had to be made. In the end I got a 10 in philly($ 12). The food was prepared quickly. When I checked my order before leaving, the Philly looked right. However, I received pepperoni lunch special instead of my requested cheese. When I informed them of the mistake(which IDK how it happened because I Clearly heard the girl relay the order to the Cook), the front desk worker was very apologetic, the Cook was l like«that’s what the ticket said and we don’t have any more slices, it would be a 10 min wait». I decided to keep it and just remove the pepperoni. Once home, I realized that I fussed for nothing because the pepperoni wasn’t even cooked into the pizza, it was like they had been sprinkled on after warming the slices up. As I picked up my slice to eat it, the pepperoni fell off. The slice lacked flavor, the cheese was even stringy like you expected when you take a bite and you end up with that piece of stringy cheese you twirl on your finger and eat, lol. It was bland. The garlic knots were nothing special, I expected a buttery warm knot with garlic and sprinkle of cheese, these tasted dry liked they had been sitting out for a while, it didn’t taste freshly made. The philly had an over powering smell of onions because what seemed like half an onion was chopped and put on it, they weren’t even thinly sliced. That pizza didn’t even seem done, the bottom of the crust still appeared white and tasted gooey. Overall, I wasn’t impressed by the food, and doubt I will return, I will try out the other NY style places. The inside of the restaurant is big and nicely decorated, however the couches/seating are peeled pretty badly. They do have large dining areas and they offer military discount.

We drove into town to visit friends in Pensacola and after the five hour drive, I was craving some Italian pizza and garlic knots. We finally settled on Paisanos based on a couple of reviews from people who were from NY/NJ area because let’s face it, the best pizza is from the NE. I called in to order food to takeout and asked for the specials. The man who answered was super friendly and let me know they had two 14 inch pies, one specialty and a one topping, for $ 19.99 on fridays. I ordered the special, a meat lover’s and and extra cheese and also ordered the 12– piece of garlic knots. They told us 25 minutes and we arrived at their location in 20 minutes and used tue drive-up. A friendly female greeted us at the window and had our order for us within two minutes. I married a New Yorker and have had some amazing garlic knots and pizza from Freddy’s and Louie and Ernie’s up in NYC for the last ten years of my life. I would not qualify this a NY style pizza and would not but it up their with Louie and Ernie’s in the Bronx but this place has the best garlic knots I have ever tasted. They were cooked perfectly, not too hard but not raw. The marinara sauce was subtle, thin, and had a great seasoning. I did enjoy the pizza. The dough tasted fresh and the sauce did not overpower the pizza which I find happens a lot at pizza places. I likes the balance of dough, marinara, cheese, and meat on the meat lover’s but probably would not ask for an extra cheese the next time because it was a touch too much cheese… i know, is there such a thing!!! This was a great place and since we visit Pensacola regularly, it will be our go-to restaurant for Italian food.

I rated this place 1 star last time I was here. This time my date ordered take out for a last minute get together since I didn’t have much time. I was very pleased. Actually, I was surprised it was this places food. Got the chicken parm, decent. Noodles weren’t stuck together and hard like last time, and there was enough sauce it didn’t taste or look like it was scraped out of the bottom of a pan. Lasagna wasn’t to die for, kinda skimpy portion really but still tasted fine. Garlic knots were amazing. Not over or under cooked and the salad was super fresh which I loved. I just crunches on each piece by hand, onions were super fresh, cukes, lettuce, tomato. Didn’t even dip in dressing. I still will never choose to come here voluntarily but I figured I’d update to 3 stars instead of 1 because it was a better experience then my last. Keep it up guys. Maybe 1day you’ll get 5.

Ordered a pizza to take home last night. Being from NY I haven’t had good pizza in 2 years. I was absolutely blown away by this pizza. It was delicious, the crust was perfect and it just tasted better quality than any other pizza I’ve tried around here. The people were nice and relatable when I walked in and I can imagine dining in would be an amazing experience as well

Don’t let the décor fool you. This restaurant is definitely one you should visit. Most of what we tried seemed to be homemade, Which is always a plus. Our server was very kind and had some really good suggestions. Definitely a place you should try.

You know this place sucks when you have to microwave your shitty pizza as soon as you get it. My friend and I ordered a pizza and it didn’t show up until an hour and a half later… Cold. We added Parmesan cheese to it because it was so gross. And we paid $ 21 for a large. What a waste of money. We both agreed we could buy a better margherita pizza at freaking Walmart in the freezer section. Stick to Domino’s please.

The best part about this place is the staff. Our main waiter was Cody and another waiter came by as well, Carlos. was very friendly and nice. The music is also great! The food was okay, not bad but not spectacular. The booths need to be re-done. But overall the place is nice, casual atmosphere with great staff.

This place needs to be more popular! My husband and I came here for our anniversary on July 5th2015 and had a very nice experience. It had am awesome atmosphere when we walked in. Don’t let the faded booths fool you, they were the most comfy booths I have ever sat in! Our waiter, Mason, was very polite and attentive. He made sure to check on our drinks and that all the food that came out was great. We had the cheesy garlic bread to start, which was amazing. I ate the manicotti while my husband had the Parmesan chicken. He said that it was probably one of the best Parmesan chicken dinners he’s ever had, which is saying something because just about every time we get Italian somewhere, that’s what he gets. I wish we had gone into this restaurant earlier while in our stay of Pensacola, we would have ate here a lot more often! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to someone looking for good Italian food in Pensacola.

They closed the door and shut the light off as I walked up at 9:30. The website and the sign on the door both say the restaurant closes at 10.

I tried to give them a chance. Today I ordered the Sicilian pizza. They said it would be here in 30mins. 40mins later they call me to tell me that they don’t have enough dough for the sicilian(different dough than normal pizza crust). It’ll be another 30mins… One hour later and a total of 90mins from the initial call and the pizza was still not here so I had to call and cancel. I will never order from here again. THis isn’t the first time and I don’t know why they can never seem to get here in a reasonable time.

Love this place! Food is great servers are very friendly! They have a drive thru for fast pick up and are staring delivery. Their portion size on the pasta is small. But the garlic knots and pizza are great! I did think it was a little pricey but was informed that the menu prices are going done! Great to hear that they are listening to customers.
