Great bar drinks and friendly servers. The Dublin two-burger entrée is super! Owner roams the tables greeting guests is a nice touch!

Don’t go for brunch. The grits were poor, food cold, and mimosas weak. The best thing we ordered was the carrot cake pancakes, but not worth the wait. We got here at 11:15, still sitting here at 1:10. Yes, nearly 2 hours, just trying to get the check to run away with no servers in sight. Really let down, we should have just waited for a table at the ruby slipper. Just an update. 1:30, can’t find our server for the last 20 minutes to get the check. This a a hellish purgatory in the guise of a fake Irish bar.

The food was good, not great, we all enjoyed what we had but the portions were on the small side. The service was horrible. We were there on a Saturday night and they weren’t that busy but they still could have used at least one more wait person. Maybe fine if you just want to drink and snack. We won’t go back.

Don’t waste your time! The Sheppard’s pie was mostly mashed potatoes and the pie part was less than tasty! Pass it by!!!

Great place for a Sunday afternoon pint o Guinness. Downtown location plus Guinness draft get five stars from me. I haven’t tried the food so no valuable insight from me on that side of O’Reilly’s.

To echo another customer who waited for 10 mins for service… my son and I didn’t wait that long. We were not greeted at the door. We walked down to the bar area and stood only for a couple minutes and left. We came there around 2pm on a Saturday so there were only a handful of patrons. There should always be a greeter available as soon as the customer comes in, no excuses. This place is not even close to the excellent service we received at McGuires. Maybe who is ever training the servers at ORiley’s should take notes from them.

I’m giving O’Riley’s there stars even though I don’t believe it really deserves it. There were five of us for lunch and we took an average of ratings to come up with this one. The deal was though the highest ratings were represented by a couple that had never had authentic Irish food. Waitress was pleasant but service was pretty slow. We had no wait since we arrived close to 1:00 on Saturday. Actually, bartender had to track down the waitress to have her seat us. Between us we ordered several shepherd’s pie, the fish’n chips and the pulled pork sliders. I thought the pulled pork sliders were excellent but didn’t care for the cole slaw. I also got to taste the fish’n chips. I didn’t care for the fish. It had a «fishy» taste. Usually a mild fish is used so I’m not sure what was used at O’Rileys. However, the person that ordered it gave the fish a 4 star. Then, there was the shepherd’s pie. This is actually what we stopped for. Usually the only place to get shepherd’s pie is a pub. We’ve visited quite a few pubs just for this menu item. The shepherd’s pie served here is definitely not authentic shepherd’s pie. It tasted more like a chili due to the extra spices used. If you’re looking for shepherd’s pie, don’t order it. If you want a new spicy version, you might like it. We would not return.

Abismal service, bad food. Just a terrible overall experience. I’ve been here twice now and it was much worse this time than last, but similar outcomes. I went with two friends for lunch on a work day. I work in government and really only have an hour off. I probably would have been there 2 hours if we hadn’t told the waitress we had to go. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day and she took our drink orders quickly. All downhill after that. She took her time bringing us our water/teas and the menus. We were starting to get antsy by the time she finally came back to get our order. After another little while, one of us went inside to tell her we us to get it to go. I think that’s when it clicked with the waitress that not all of her patrons are retirees with all the time in the world. She brought our checks, no food, and took our cards. She brought our receipts and food out together. On paper plates because they don’t have to go boxes. Really? When I ate my food, I was disturbingly salty and I could not finish it. Blech. The first time we went, the same waitress was overly flirtatious with her regular customers. Well, she has lost the potential of having this customer return. I will never get to see if the happy hour is as good as it looks. So disappointed in a potentially good lunch location.

If I could give a negative star I sure would. Husband and I were just in there for our first time waited at the bar for about 10min bartender never acknowledged us which was fine because she was busy. A girl approached the bar to our left and was helped immediately and she ordered a bottle of water ! What a slap in th face. Terrible bartender with no bartending manners whatsoever. First time in here and will never go back, we left and she still didn’t say shit. F this place. Crappy service

This place is wonderful! The staff is so friendly and the service is great! They have really good pub grub. They pour a mean Guinness(a proper pint)! The outdoor seating is covered and has fans in the summer which is so nice. If the weather is bad, they allow dogs inside since they are huge animal lovers! We love the place and highly recommend it to anyone!

Good enough food, but I really have to wonder what kind of Irish Pub does not serve a Reuben sandwich? It’s a Disney Place of course… but would it kill them to have a genuine Reuben? The singing and dancing was a nice distraction from the realities of a the rest of Disney Gift-Shop hell. It took a while to get in, and the service was clearly hard pressed to keep up, so get some water ordered with your drink.

Clean and friendly staff. I wish there was more of a irish theme to it though. Conveniently located in downtown close to the water and other restaurants and bars. Good selection of beers. Price wise. Ok. About the same as other local places in the downtown area.

Where did the pool tables go? Must have dim bulbs here, like most pubs. Corned beef burrito with Sauerkraut sucked. Plenny O’grisle and a pinch of kraut. Extremely greasy and cold fried potato medallions were real NASTY and inedible. They have a few dart boards… big deal. Went back to McGuires Irish pub for some really good food.

Great atmosphere and the ability to play pool and darts is pretty cool as well. The prices are pretty good for being where it is downtown. When I ordered food it somehow got lost in the confusion of the Saturday night, I mentioned it and the chef came out to apologize and then personally delivered my food shortly after. The food was great as well with a nice supply of Irish dishes. Overall an awesome place to go.

First time flyer here… Took some fam members in for drinks and much to our delight… It was happy hour! :) The place is very nicely decorated and clean. Our bartender did a great job keeping us wetted down! I shall return for some darts & pool soon,

O’Riley’s describes itself as an «authentic…traditional Irish pub.» It’s not. The renovations and location fit the total bill of a pub — the interior is absolutely beautiful and features woodwork throughout and really gives you the feeling of an authentic pub; Irish folk songs are even played 24⁄7 outside the bar. That’s as Irish as it gets though. O’Riley’s is labeled by most as a sports bar and the go-to place for the college/frat scene in Pensacola. While enjoyable most of the time, anything that caters to that demographic will have its issues — music is nearly always some Top 40 playlist, patrons are usually rude and have no idea how to behave and on many occasions I’ve walked in to see the place filthy(especially the upstairs bar). Do not come here expecting an authentic Irish band or for everyone to be drinking Irish stouts. It’s a college bar, plain and simple. If they labeled themselves as such and stopped pretending to be an «authentic pub» I’d give another star, but until they stop lying to their customers it doesn’t deserve anything more. So, if you’re looking for a college/sports bar downtown, O’Riley’s should be on your list, among World of Beer, Intermission, New York Nick’s or even Hopjacks. If you want an authentic Irish pub experience, head a mile down the road to McGuire’s. You won’t be disappointed there. Edit: They have since added an Irish fare menu. I will say this is an improvement — I had the Irish Burrito and it was a unique twist. The pastrami was flavorful and affordable, however presentation still needs to be worked on.

I wouldn’t come here again. The music was too loud, and it was hard to order items. When we walked in we sat down at a table, but we did not receive any service, so we had to sit at the bar. We ordered the Irish Reuben burrito, and the red potato chips. It took a long time, we think the bartender forgot to put the order in, as he asked us about it later. When it arrived it was a ham and cheese soft tortilla panni. Yeah it had sauerkraut, and thousand island juice, but it was not a Reuben. It looked like a hot pocket, if hot pocket made hot wraps.(maybe they do) We tried to eat and have a few drinks but all the people doing shots and yelling in each others faces was too much. We had to wait a few minutes to get our bill, and i do not like having to give them my credit card to hold while i eat. Overall I would not go here, or advise anyone else to either. There are way better places.

Really cool staff, nice layout. Seems like some of the bad reviews are from rival bars posting fake reviews, you know the accounts that have like no profile pics with 2 reviews… Anyway I felt like I was in an episode of «Cheers» and was waiting for Norm to walk in. Very good prices on their drafts. You can bring in takeout food. Happy hour is BOGO on select drafts like Bud Light, etc. Really looking forward to coming back. I dont think you can smoke here which is a great thing, surprisingly nice CLEAN downstairs bathroom,(Seville take note) and they have pool tables upstairs. Great for happy hour, awesome for Gallery Night, sitting outside people watching, or Sunday Funday Football on their flat screen tvs. I actually prefer this place over World of Beer, ask for bartender Liz, she’s awesome!
