Dunkin’ Donuts

Not as good as any of the ones from back home but it’s still Dunkin :) Why is it so hard to understand that tea melts ice so when I say extra or lots of ice, you have to add tea like ¾ of the way and then add more ice to the top? I was asked why I want more ice one time at this location. Because that’s what I asked for?

Not as good as the one’s in New England but close enough — feeds the craving for some good donuts and tea!

This has to be the worst managed location I’ve seen. With a total of 3 people in line it took right under 10 minutes to get my coffee and egg bagel. The employees were very nice and apologetic as they scrambled around trying to coordinate the orders. Dunkin always has good food, but the management seems to be terrible each time I’m in here

This Dunkin Donuts is awesome!! They donated coffee and donut holes for Beulah Academy of Science Teaches welcome back breakfast!!! Rachel the General Manager was so sweet and thoughtful!!!

I have mixed feelings about this trip. They forgot to put our order in, so they didn’t cook our food until I went up and inquired about the long wait. I was rather unhappy about that but they gave us extra food for free to help make up for it. The people seated next to us had to inquire about their food, as well.

Good service but inside is filthy. Overflowing trash, barely any where to sit. As well as crumbs all over tables.

My wife and I used to love this place, but it has really taken a dive recently. The employees used to be extremely friendly and welcoming, and they were never out of anything. The past two times we have gone, the employees have been short with us, and they have been out of several of the donut flavors (including the flavor of the month, at 6 pm on a monday?) Seems like there has been a complete staff change, and it has not been for the better. Doubtful that we’ll make the drive from East Hill anymore. This Dunkin’ sucks.

Good location. Clean. Poor service. Ity bity area to fix coffee and no cream set out.

This place should be closed down and new employees should be trained! We were in drive thru that took over 20mins! I ordered a EGG and CHEESE croissant and made sure when ordering that NO Sausage was on it. The girl taking the order confirmed. At the window I asked again. to make sure it was ONLY EGG and CHEESE… well guess what I got?! Luckily my wife checked it before we drove off. My wife went inside told them what the problem was so they made another sandwich. the same damn way! She told girl taking orders who was the SHIFT LEADER, her name was Crystal and so she took the sandwich and picked the Sausage off and was getting ready to hand that back to my wife! I bet they do the same if someone says there is a hair in my food…
OH when we asked for the manager they said we would have to call back; we asked when the manager would be in and they said they are not sure. The manager does not leave her schedule up for employees to see when she would be in and that we would just have to call and keep asking for the manager and the «Shift leader» said she could not nothing about it.
Be careful on what you order and what they give you… my wife can not eat sausage but I guess Dunkin Donuts or their employees dont care what you order; they serve you what they want! We also got Hash browns…6 small pieces for $ 1.99; LoL… go to Hardees, Burger King, Sonic if you want food! Go to Dunkin Donuts ONLY for coffee; they suck at everything else at this location. Oh and their donuts are defrosted each day and sold to us… you can tell they are not fresh so I asked around and that is how the Dunkin Donuts at this location does their donuts… KK, Publix, or even Wal-​Mart has donuts that are fresher than Dunkin Donuts… bad name for this company. They should be called Dunkin Coffee; the donuts are not what you go to this place for!
Avoid the drive thru if you are in a rush!
Avoid giving your orders to Crystal; I know she just works there but she is clueless when it comes to customer service and common sense

AARP members get a free donut with purchase of a large drink! Woo! Hoo! This is a clean store, friendly waitstaff, and they have a great selection of pastry.

This Dunkin Donuts is on a major boulevard which has its own off-​ramp from I-​110 and is close to, but not in, Cordova Mall. Also, it’s sort of in a swale, so you sort of need to look a little harder for it.
This is NOT a 24 hour location, at least for their sit-​down area. The service is very good. The only problem is that in the late evening, their donut selection has been picked through. On two late evening visits, they did not have chocolate glazed or double chocolate donuts. However, strawberry frosted donuts are good enough. What can you do?
Again, the kids who work here are very nice. They also put two tea bags in my large hot tea.

I have been visiting this DD for nearly 3 years. In the past few months service has gone from great and fast to poor and slow. I also get my coffee beans here but lately they do not have them in stock. I was told by a manager that the beans would be in on their usual Monday delivery. I came back on the next Thursday and was told the same story by the same manager, The manager did not seem like she was interested at all in providing great customer service.

Donuts are ok, but not as good as Krispy Kreme.

The only place for $ 1 refill ice coffees! !!

YES, I went to Dunkin Donuts.
I was in PNS for a sad occasion and we needed some sugga.
So, they had opened a nice new DD.
Service was top notch. Selection was good and fresh.
Coffee was OK.
And DDD has other things besides greasy donuts… though I didn’t choose one of those things:)

Good service. Drive thru is super convenient. The coffee is really good, the seasonal stuff is fun and usually tasty. The munchkins (is that what they are called?) are usually fresh and we like to get an assortment. Doughnuts aren’t as good as Krispy’s but the coffee is where it’s at.

I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts and was disappointed to know there is only 1 around here. But I must say this is an excellent location. I’ve been to many bad locations such as in Chicago or Boston where the donuts are stale and the workers are rude. However, here everyone is very friendly and the donuts are always enticing and fresh! They also have a 10% off military discount. I love this place and recommend it to all!

Ah, even though there’s only 1 Dunkin Donuts in Pensacola, there is one. And that is the end.

I’d really like to give a better review, but I’m sick of tasting burnt coffee and tea. If it isn’t burnt, it’s made entirely too strong for normal consumption. It’s just not tasty. I have to use about five times the amount of sweetener as I use at any other coffee or tea house, which is ridiculous.
I’m also disappointed that the staff isn’t friendly; they always seem to be rushing past us to the next customer, rather than taking a few seconds to smile and make our experience pleasant.
All in all, it’s a better experience than the DD which is down the street from me in Crestview, but it’s still lousy compared to the DDs I’ve visited in Boston & surrounding areas!

Great donuts and breakfast menu not to mention their drinks. Its the closest one to Pensacola. Close to the Cordova Mall & Penacola airport.
