The service was slow & unorganized. They don’t keep track of who ordered what. I had to wait longer than my boyfriend bc a lady, who ordered after me, stole my biscuit! Maybe take the customers name. Biscuits taste good, but were they frozen?! Other foods looked good, but biscuits are «fancy McDs». Oh, and when they say hash browns, they mean the spongy greasy cake kind! Ew.

Nice place with a good selection of ice cream. The macadamia nut ice cream was very good. Clean and service was fine although it wasn’t exactly crowded when we went so hard to tell what it would be like if they were busy. The signage is a little hard to spot mixed in with the other businesses in the strip so you have to look carefully for it if you don’t know where you’re going. We almost walked right past but the kids were glad we didn’t!

Regular coffee is bland. Wouldn’t recommend the burgers, only if you like microwave meat, fast sandwiches are more recommended.

Loved this place!
The parking situation is definitely not ideal when it is busy in the area, but it’s worth it. Really delicious ice cream and cones! The guy behind the counter was extremely friendly: making jokes with us and meeting our needy sample requests with a smile, while having a full counter.
We come to Pensacola every year and I’m bummed I’ve missed this little treasure for so long, but we will definitely be back!

The Piña colada smoothie was great but we had to wait a bit for our breakfast (toasted bagels). I understand some of the previous comments about the staff that works there. They are not the friendliest behind the counter.

Worst customer service ever!!! Use to like this place, and went there every night for dessert when we are in town. (Which is a lot) But, after today I will never spend another dime there!
We walked in with our grandson and were told the store was closed, so we left. Literally as we walked out a large group walked in and they were being served. I walked back in and asked whether they were open or not, and the counter guy said, «we are open for ice cream only»…I told counter man, «that’s what we wanted!!!» I will never be back again and am spreading the word to family and friends– Customer Service is key on the island, and this place obviously needs to learn what that is!!!

I was impressed with the smoothie! I had the papaya mango smoothie and it was Delish! We will be back for ice cream later tonight, the chocolate dipped waffle bowls looked awesome and you can add ingredients for 90c an item so there is a chance to make it your own. A little pricey but what do you expect on vacation!

Paid almost $ 5 for a single scoop of ice cream in a cup! Ice cream was tasty and hit the spot, just not worth the dent in my wallet.

Small shop in busy strip mall. Advertises a very extensive, healthy «Breakfast & Lunch menu served all day long» with 20 kinds of smoothies, a variety of shakes, several kinds of bagels, desserts, pancakes & crepes, ice cream and more. We tried several scoops of the Blue Bell ice cream. It’s fine… just not «unique» or house-​made. However, it is a nice treat on a hot day. A little pricey … but again, we’re «at the beach» and everything’s a little higher here. The crowds ebb and flow, so you may have a bit of a wait — or not. Impossible to predict. It will obviously take several trips to make a substantial, solid judgment. Let’s see what other reviewers have to say.
