Outstanding hotel but the food is ok and the service is horrible, not busy and the drinks took 25 minutes. The waiter complained about the bar service too and apologized but the wait time for the fact that they weren’t busy was ridiculous.

Excellent sushi but that is where the good time stopped during my visit. The ribeye was recommended by the waiter but I found it fatty and unflavorful. I like my food salty but mushrooms were way too salty. Attentive staff but very slow food service. Way overpriced for the quality level of the food.

On several recommendations we had brunch today and it was fantastic. Couple highlights:
Omelets made fresh and made well… those are two very different things.
Two words– All you can drink, make your own Bloody Mary Bar. Ok, that’s more than two words but you get the point.
Fresh fresh fresh!
I highly recommend.

I ate at their breakfast buffet. For 15 bucks, I was a little underwhelmed. I liked that they have an omelet bar and tons of bacon, but ill check out somewhere else for breakfast tomorrow. It was average.

We stayed at the hotel, and the first morning came here to have there breakfast buffet.
Everything from cold to hot, from fresh to frozen was on this buffet.
Service lacked a little on the drinks, but overall food was very exceptional.

I’m not a huge fan of hotel restaurants, and my typical order is, is this something I can walk away from without the worry of getting dysentery.
The new Hilton Hotel on Pensacola Beach has a restaurant that by far has the best salad I have had, by in large because of the salad dressing, which is a Cilantro Vinaigrette.
We got Crab Cake Salad, and Mahi Mahi sliders. The sliders were very good, but the crab cake salad was EXCELLENT!
The ambiance in the restaurant is very good, and the Asian /​Cajun bar /​Sushi bar also rocks. The menu is very exciting too, and when I have to come here again, this place will be a definite. Nice effort on the people at Hilton. Or, maybe I was just expecting so little.

We were at the Hilton Garden Inn (the hotel this restaurant is in) for a conference. For some reason, lunch was not provided, so we were on our own to find food for an hour lunch break. Not being familiar with the area, and worried about timing, we figured our best bet was the hotel restaurant. We were seated quickly, but from then on, everything seemed to drag on. The food was tasty, but honestly, there were so many empty tables, we were surprised to see how long everything took.
Don’t worry, we made it back to the conference on time… but with not much time to spare!
Pros: Tasty food, nice décor

Cool restaurant for being in a hotel. The sushi was really good, seemed to have fresh ingredients, and was priced at what other similar places might offer it for. As for everything else, EXPENSIVE! Many of the dishes I saw looked good, but the prices were crazy high. Stick with the sushi and you will leave happy.

hmm. I thought it was overpriced for what we got. The food was just okay, the waiter was a bit snobby. The décor is pretty– blue, wavey and bubblie. The fries are good, especially if you bring them outside to the pool.
