They are not open on the weekends any more and it seemed like they had moved locations. Bummer.

My family patronized this business and loved it! Great ambiance, nice staff, and cheap price. You can’t get any better than this. Going back here again.

Every time I stop here when I’m on a ride the owner is gracious and friendly. One time when I needed a tube he gave me one for free. They really are genuine supporters of the cycling community. And the coffee and the goodies they serve are great. Check ‘em out!

Wow, I can’t believe it. Dream bike shop. If I could close my eyes and imagine the best shop on the planet, it would be this one. Here’s why. I might by more bikes, now that I have an awesome shop to help me keep up with maintenance. * Top quality work, fast turn around * Friendly, full of great advice * Crazy affordable, worth every penny and then some * Coffee, too. My first trip was to fix a noisy rear hub. Jerry not only fixed it, but it runs like butter now. I think it’s better than when I bought the wheels. But, he didn’t stop there. He cleaned and tuned the rest of the bike. My brakes don’t squeak anymore. Chain looks beautiful. Bike is sparkling. My bike is just a steel singlespeed with decent parts, and when I picked it up from the shop, I thought I was purchasing a new bike. (Now, I just have to find some good dirt trails up there, so I have a reason to stop in more often.)

Alright… five star time! Jerry is the bomb for sure. Dana is just great. I’ve been coming to this place since it opened and I can see why Jerry has such a successful business. Truly super friendly and you can get deals here like no where else. I’m not even a coffee drinker, but my friends are and they think Jerry has the best products around. You don’t have to be a coffee dinker or even a cycling to love Trailhead. Keep it coming Jerry! UPDATE… Jerry is closing up shop. We are all going to miss a real great guy and a big help to the community. A beach hut deli is going in trail head coffee shop.

I have been coming to Trailhead for 6 years. I appreciate the personal family connection every time I stop by. Jerry and Dana have created a culture and service to cyclists in the area. This is a perfect spot for good coffee and good people. Also jerry is a master bike tech with a full shop on site. I also enjoy Trailhead when I am not on a bike. I often make a special trip just for the good cup of coffee.

Best place anywhere for repairs & maintenance. Contrary to a previous Unilocal post, shop rates are the fairest you’ll find. I like tinkering with my bike, but when I get over my head, Jerry’s the man! The trail bars are incredible too!

Are you kidding me? This place is fantastic! Jerry and Dana know what customer service is all about. The coffee is always great, breakfast treats to take you off your diet. Bars, natural trail bars are worth the trip. This is my morning stop 2 – 3 days per week maybe I will see you there. Did I mention bikes? Very high quality bikes and expert repair. Make the trip to Penryn.

Great coffee shop and a friendly owner. Shop rates are a bit high, but oh well, you only get bitten once. Excellent location and easy to ride to. A great spot to take a break while on a ride.

te place is a little intimidating at first as you typically see aa ton of cyclists there 95% of the time. Never the less, Im glad my friend and I ventured in… as I prob would not have to gone alone(and I am most of me not afraid to go places by myself however walking into a location with 100 people dressed in spandex and helmets is a little off-putting at first. LOL) Its cozy inside and makes you want to stay to either settle down with a friend to chat or open up your computer to work… Unless you just came in from a nice long ride and are just relaxing ;-) The staff is also super friendly. I was happy to see they had yummy looking muffins and breakfast burritos. :) Next time going to get my own named coffee mug!

This is like an oasis on a bike ride. Great personality, good coffee but my favorite is the energy bars they make from scratch. I always get one to get me home on the a ride. They also have a nice bike shop and each year I get a coffee mug(by Matt) for someone at Christmas.

A great addition to the local cycling community! Fast friendly service, great food(their famous trail bars) and drinks. Jerry and Dana are super folks to deal with. I should also mention that Jerry does top-notch mechanical work at *very* reasonable prices… anything from a flat repair all the way to a full custom bike build! Super quick turnaround as well.

This place is excellent. Always our go-to coffeeshop. We love the friendly faces and relaxing atmosphere here. Great views if you sit outside! I usually get the ice tea and my friends swear by their bars and chocolate croissant. Really nice place to stop to refill your water bottle during a ride and get a bite to eat. I appreciate the nice clean bathroom as well.

Every day is a sunny day at trailhead coffee and cycle. It’s a great gathering place for cyclists and coffee enthusiasts alike. Spacious outdoor patio to stretch your legs. An attached bike and repair shop… how cool is that? The owners are about the coolest people on the planet. The coffee is top shelf too. You won’t be disappointed.

Fastest latte of my life; seriously that man means business! I walked in he said«Go» and in under 2 minutes I had a latte in hand. Keep in mind this happened in between him working on someone’s bike and with a semi-crowded shop. On top of all that, my latte was strong, which is just how I like it! The place itself is unique because it’s also a bike shop. There are tons of bikes parked out in the front and a constant flow of cyclists cruising in for coffee and to get help with their gear.

If you’re into coffee, and like to ride your bike, then this is the place for you. Shine up the fenders on the old Schwinn Varsity ten-speed and take a ride up! From a foodie standpoint, it is just fine. The coffee is great and also a selection of nibbles to snack on. The proprietors are great folks, and make you feel right at home. From a cyclists standpoint, this place is the bomb. A great stop off during the ride. Other bikers to kibitz with and also get some needed bike repairs.
