Odyssey Pizza

Okay, so the change of ownership and name created a real disappointment. When it was Odyssey they were great, we ordered all the time. Ever since they became Eddie’s and new people came in, they have gone down the tubes. The food isn’t bad, really, but the service is terrible. The people are super rude and unprofessional. We gave them a THIRD chance after two very rude calls a few months ago, and today they were ruder than ever.
A few months back I tried to order some lunch specials for myself and my family. One of the members of the household is diabetic so I asked for a diet soda, only to be told AGAIN that they do not have diet soda, which was then followed by a very rude comment of «you’re so worried about diet soda when you’re ordering a cheeseburger!» … Excuse me this is for a diabetic.
Today we called again and SURPRISE — no diet soda. The woman on the phone was exceptionally rude, and wouldn’t even let us add lettuce to a sandwich even when we offered to pay extra. They charge 60 cents for a couple pickle chips and were just flat out rude. It took over 10 minutes to place an order for two people because the woman was almost impossible to understand and she was exceptionally rude and kept interrupting the call to make little comments like «can’t do that» or «that costs extra» nonstop. For simple things like can we get a few pickles. Delivery took a long time too.
The food is pretty good but the service is terrible and the staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. I threw out their menu today, just to ensure we don’t order from them again. They have lost some good business for their behavior. Enough’s enough.

Great basic pizza delivery joint! Prices are reasonable, pizza is tasty and how I like it — not too much cheese (I hate when there is a pool of grease on my pizza), crispy chewy crust and just the right amount of sauce. The buffalo chicken cheese steak is also quite good, just be sure to use the blue cheese sauce or it tastes too salty. The salads are enormous, easily enough for two meals or people. I can’t recommend the spaghetti and meatballs though, the pasta was overcooked and not drained well so that was a disppointment. The gyros, on the other hand, were delicious!
