Outstanding service, employees, and overall experience!
My sliding door frame came undone and needed repair. They were the only company to take the job, the others that I called told me that I had to replace the entire door and were more then willing to sell me a replacement door (Over 8 feet tall and 55 inches wide). Of course, I would need new glass with that as well — the glass was not broken, and nothing was wrong with it at all.
They sent a repair guy over that looked at the problem, and fixed it with in 30 minutes — perfectly! The door worked better then before the frame came undone. The guy also told me how to keep the track lubricated so that this didn’t happen again. (This is a condo and they do not do any repairs and suggested that we just screw the door shut and not use it at all???)
I fI ever have need, or know someone that has need for a glass repair or installation job, these are the folks that I will go to.
I am highly impressed and happy with the level of service, and the quality of work that they performed for me.
