I started with these guys back in August with a kitchen remodel and its now March and my kitchen is still not done. I paid them 95% of the job and then they just vanished. Louis, the installer is very creative and a great guy but unfortunately does not call the shots. The built us a custom desk for our kitchen that looked like it was bought at Ikea except for the fact that it was built at counter top height and not desk height and refused to correct the problem. In fact, they told me to get a taller chair.
They also lost a piece of my Wolf range and denied they lost it.
Horrible experience and now I have to find someone else to finish the job.
