Bauman College Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts

Graduated from Natural Chef program March 2013. Loved the program. Learned a lot about therapeutic nutrition and how to prepare food with unique ingredients (i.e. Kombu and celery root!). Especially helpful for my kids who are allergic to gluten, dairy and eggs.

Learning the holistic methods for nutrition and cooking are becoming the corner stone of the 21^st century. Everyone from the first lady, Mrs. Obama to the food cooking network is talking about healthy cooking and whole foods.
The Bauman College was ahead of the times when it created this nutritional program. They offer classes that feature real world jobs in Nutritional Education, Consultation and Cooking. I believe this is a great program to learn how to cook healthy and therapeutic cooking. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. They go above and beyond the curriculum to assist the students to find their passion and spread the words for healthy and happy living.
