Zeeno’s Pizza

Great pizza, wings and steaks! Always fast and friendly delivery, when I order a cheesesteak its here in ~15 minutes usually (I live in Penndel) and a pizza ~20 minutes. Thanks for the constant quality food!

On the plus side, Zeenos lays on plenty of cheese and toppings. Their pizza tastes more like national chain pizza than it tastes like local pizza joint pies that I prefer. The cheese and crust here gives me the chain pizza impression. I have also ordered a calzone here. I like my calzones leaning more on the ricotta. The calzone was almost all pizza cheese. It was stuffed and huge. And they gave a nice portion of sauce for all to heap as much as they wanted.

Ordered 24 Buffalo «Wings» HOT. Got 22 thighs/​drum sticks, and 3 actual wings. First time I ever ordered from them, the sauce was the usual vinegary buffalo wing sauce which I get a hankering for every once in a while. I am willing to try them one more time, but if receive all chicken thighs and 2 – 3 actual wings. I’m going to drop this to a 1 star rating for false advertisement. Some people like thighs hey this might be the place for you, but a true chicken wing fanatic, like the wings more.

We’ve ordered from Zeenos many times over the years (been one of our quick, easy, tasty, go-​to places). Something has changed. Last few times we’ve gotten food here it wasn’t of the same quality. Last night hubby & I ordered fresh wings and fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were burnt. I mean burnt. They should not have given them to us, but I guess because we were a take out order and wouldn’t notice till we got home they decided to give them to us. Idk. They were unacceptable. They also forgot the sauce for the burnt mushrooms. And the burnt mushrooms were $ 4.95! The wings were mediocre at best. Sadly, we won’t be ordering again for a long while. We like to patronize locally owned businesses, so this is a double bummer.

Zeeno’s never disappoints. Everything I’ve tried there had been great! Calzones and Strombolis are huge and delicious. Great price and super quick delivery. This is my go to place!

Stumbled upon Zeeno’s the other day after a stop at Oxford Valley Mall to pick up something at Sears. I just needed a snack to keep my hunger at bay.
I went it to find a brightly lit pizza joint with 8 to 10 tables along one wall, and the work area/​cashier on the other. Kitchen in the back. It seemed fairly clean. World Cup on the HD hanging from the wall. I ordered two plain slices to test the water.
The chef came out of the kitchen to deliver my lunch. The slices were smaller than normal, and the outer crust smooth rather than textured. This was a cheese over sauce pie, where the sauce hides beneath the melted mozza. This maintains the heat better than exposing the gravy, but also adds a lot of extra cheese to accomplish this approach. I prefer a balance with less cheese so I can taste the sauce distinctly. I would call this a Middle Eastern Pizza, rather than Italian. Not bad, but not in the mainstream of East Coast tomato pie.
While it was not my favorite pizza, it was adequate for what it was. The ingredients were fine; just not the style I like. The rest of the menu looked intriguing, especially if the kitchen was consistently eastern Mediterranean. The gyro options might be the way to go here.

When I lived in Langhorne I ordered from here all the time. They make the best sausage pizza I have had so far. Unfortunately, I moved to Philly in 2012 and in 2 years of trying every place in my neighborhood I still haven’t found anyplace that compares.

Decent and clean local pizza joint. Food is average, the last couple of times I’ve ordered from them it seemed like I got less meat in my cheesesteak and they didn’t season it at all, very dry and bland. The Pizza is excellent and their appetizers are all really good. Staff is friendly, Overall a great neighborhood pizza place.

Manager very rude and did not honor Google Offers coupon; gave us a song and a dance about how he cancelled them months ago. All over a lousy $ 2. I will never set foot in there again – very poor business practice.

Things are smaller than you would expect for price. Calzones are listed to feed 3 – 4, more like 2. However they are really quick and the food is great. Would certainly order again, just more of it!

I live in Levittown and this is my favorite place to order from. I have yet to find any place locally that can compare to Zeeno’s calzones.
I get the same thing every time I order, a plain calzone. They’re huge and only cost $ 7.50, and the big pan of sauce they give you for dipping is so, so good. I haven’t found any pizza sauce from local shops that can top it.
I haven’t ever been to their actual location, as we always just order delivery, but I can tell you that they deliver fast and everything is always hot and fresh, and we’ve never had a problem with our order. If I ever move out of the area, this is the only takeout place I’ll really miss.

Zeeno’s has a good variety of food — not just pizza. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of the crust/​cheese they use — but I think its more a personal preference issue.
