Feels like a hometown bar with good service and good food. Wings were outstanding — 2 dozen in Garlic Parm, Hot and Jerk. All very tasty. Cold beer, good variety including some local beers we’d never had in O-​H-​I-​O. Great place to watch a game and converse with locals.

We were coming in from out of town for a ski race and called MVP’s based on Unilocal reviews. All the staff were awesome in accommodating a party of 20. Good was awesome and a great time was had by all! Thanks, Tim!

Stopped in for dinner and a beer and loved this place. The craft beer selection is awesome and the chicken parmigiana sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken wings where great as well, crispy and great flavor. I got the garlic Parmesan. My mother in law got the burger and it was a ½ pounder with fresh cut fries.

Very casual, nice place to have a drink before heading to your hotel. Friendly, cool bartender. Also, the prices in Penn Yan are ridiculously low by our NYC standards. We didn’t have any food, but I am sure they would be as inexpensive and down to earth as their drinks…

Was in the area and decided to try this place out. What a great decision that was.
The beer selection was excellent. Far more than I would expect for the area.
The food was outstanding. Started with the Irish Nachos, they were fabulous. Huge portion that was loaded with topping. Next I ordered the «Yaz» burger. Holy crap, it was huge. Wonderful flavor but just too big to eat, the nachos had filled me up.
Well worth the stop to watch one of the many tv’s and fill up on some beer and food.
