I would like to thank John Gilman for working once working beyond my expectations this past Thursday. My laptop kept giving me a pop-up at start-up of MSVCP100. dll — ColorUService for a month. Since I am not computer tech savvy. Automatically I assumed this must be Windows 10 related since the pop-up asked me to reinstall the program to fix the issue. Windows 10 was installed on my laptop months prior and read it came with issues. I alerted John of my pop-up and he told me it wasn’t a Window issue. It’s a virus. John went deep into my laptop’s hard drive and found the virus embedded itself into an automatic update for my ASUS laptop. The laptop had McAfee’s firewall and virus security installed. But since the virus was embedded. McAfee didn’t discover it in the update. After removing the virus, replacing the McAfee with a much more reliable Internet security company. My laptop is once again a mean lean running machine. If I have any more laptop issues. I’ll be definite calling Aardvark Computer Renew for my computer to be serviced

I would like to thank John and his Team at Aardvark for exceptional customer service. I took my one year old HP laptop in for a boot to blackscreen issue. HP support was no help. they told me it was a bad motherboard and was out of warranty. John reset and cleared some things turns out a update was corrupt. I could have easily been sold a new motherboard and would have gladly paid for one. There are so many one and done outfits out there. This type of honesty is what builds customers for life. And because of that I will be a loyal customer for life. Thank you again Team Aardvark. You are AWESOME…
