What can I say, I have used Tom Mueller for Welltest and service for many years now. I have never been disappointed. Tom has more knowledge and his little finger than most people have an air whole head. If you have any questions about wells, treatment systems, or any other water related issue, Tom Mueller is the man to call.

Real unfortunate experience. I asked for a quote and got over $ 7k estimate. Then I asked just for the pump and let’s take a phased approach– 3 parts. Just the pump for now. Came back at $ 3900. No breakdowns part number just few lines items and no breakdown of prices and just a total at the bottom. Doesn’t use email and wanted me to fax him paperwork. Who uses a fax? Took a week to get a quote which looked like it took two minutes to write in word. Then I asked to just buy the system from him and he lectured me for 7 minutes and then hung up on me. I never said a word just picked up and he went off. No customer service skills whatsoever.
