Bought an used bike from them, got about 6 hours of riding time over a few days then it stopped running, now im sinking another 400 to get it fixed, been almost a month since ive been able to ride it. Pretty disappointing for my first bike.

If you can try to avoid this place. I found a bike online and went in to purchase the bike, but they wouldn’t honor their online price. What is the point of advertising a price online if that’s not what you’re willing to sell it for. Flat out poor customer service.

After purchasing an incorrect item, when inquiring about returning, I was told, all of a sudden that the item is a ‘Special Order’ item and cannot be returned. No information as to its ‘Special Order’ status is listed in the item description. What an awful customer service experience! I have purchased 2 Arai Helmets, a few accessories, and completed the drivers course at state 8. I have spent allot of money there and I regret it. I recently purchased a Corthech magnetic bag(attaches to your gas tank) and I was assured it would not damage the tank, well it did. I recently replaced my tank at a tune of $ 1,200 and now it has the magnetic marks permanently marked. I attempted to give state 8 a chance to take care if my issue. I called and the girl who answered the call listened and said I would need to talk to the Manager. I man gets on the phone(jake) he listened and then said. You need to talk to the manager. So, now I have expanded my situation twice and no manager to be found. Jake gets back on the phone and says. Yeah, your going to have to go directly to Cortech. I didn’t have Cortech number, neither did Jake, but he suggested I go on their web site and fill out the contact me section. That was all he could do. His Manager(joe) never got on the phone, even though he was right there next to him. This is not good service and Joe should take a class in how to deal with customers(deal) vs ignoring you can imagine, Cortech has not responded. So, State 8 does not support or back up the products they sell and Cortech does not respond. Good luck of you shop here and good luck of Joe takes care of you.

Dirtbike gear on sale!!! Gettin’ hooked up!!! Went on a sale day and saved some fat cash, the associate that was helping us did a great job even though I knew what I wanted and needed. If you ride on the street or road this is a pretty good place to start your search for whatever kind of riding you wante to get into… I am quite sure I will be back!
