My husband and I had a large home in 6 acres of woods to sell. We knew it would take someone special to want to buy it. The Schnepp Team came in and told us what to do to help sell it. Tim took some wonderful pictures for the internet. Less then a month we had a offer. The person who bought the home said it was the pictures that sold him because he wasn’t even looking in our area. They also sold us a home that we used as a rental. The Schnepp’s were always there for us answering questions and giving us tips. Someday we hope to downsize and we know for sure we will be calling Tim and Julie.

In a recent conversation over email with Julie Schnepp I ask a total of four questions. I am just looking to buy a home and she is «representing» someone.
That said, she did actually to respond in a timely manner but did not disclose what commission she was being paid and if there were previous offers…
I’d say that if you want someone comprehensive, go with someone else.
