Love this place! The go to place for birthdays and special occasions in my family. Staff is always super friendly and food is delicious. Order the homemade chips as an appetizer, you won’t regret it. Very popular place on holidays but relatively quiet the rest of the time.

Arrived at 7PM and we were immediately greeted and seated. Waiter(Jarod) was attentive and polite. Hot bread was a plus. My wife loved the French Onion Soup and the entrée for each of us was very good. My wife opted for the sirloin steak and I opted for the 12oz Prime Rib. Each of us were satisfied with the quality and quantity of food. The Assistant Manager stopped by to see how we were enjoying our dining experience. Nice touch.

Arriving at 6pm on a Monday, with the restaurant about 50% full, we were told we would have to wait about 10 minutes for a table. A large number of set, empty tables were clearly visible. I was a little unnerved about waiting for a half empty restaurant. The Prime Time(happy hour) menu was ample, and very good. We each had Margaritas that were well prepared, presented and delicious. We ordered the corn fritters, «home made» potato chips, and wild west shrimp tacos… all were quite good. We shared the parmesan crusted chicken which I remembered quite differently, and not quite as good as I remembered, but good nevertheless. Our server was attentive and efficient. We’ll be back.

Me and my cousin make this place a usual when looking for a good sit-down meal. The food is great for the cost. The only gripe I have is the chips and dip, I can’t quite remember what it’s called, isn’t as good as it used to be. That and the wait is a gamble. Either you get service immediately or you have to wait a bit for it, no matter what part of the meal you are on. Other than those things, I love it. The décor is strictly western theme. Trust me, it’s almost tacky. Depending on your opinion of tacky of course. All around, I love this restaurant. Worth it if you want a nice burger, stake or other dish.

Came in for their $ 3 to $ 5 appetizers. Nor bad but they tasted like $ 3 to $ 5 appetizers. What did I. expect, right? Its a Wed and theres a wait to sit down so people like it here. Im not a chain person. I feel chains are processed so dont go by what I say when it comes to this restaurant.

$ 15 chicken fingers?!? Burger was well done when asked for as rare as possible(they only do medium which is sad for a «steakhouse») very disappointed in our food, most likely never returning. Our waitress was good, took very good care of us and made sure we didn’t go thirsty or waited too long for the check(only reason I gave two stars)

The service was great. The drinks were great & fairly priced. The fried green tomatoes app was yummy! My husband had a steak which he enjoyed. My ribs were pretty dry. I could have returned them but I was so hungry & I typically don’t like to food back.

I’ve been here a few times and I wish I spent the money on groceries next door. There is nothing on the menu most people cant cook at home. Service is fine, no qualms there. They all seem to get it and legitimately care. Last night they were out of the app we wanted and the seasonal beer selection wasn’t clear. Not deal breakers, but when I got my steak there was two or three pieces that I would’ve needed a mouthful of canines to get through. I discretely gave those pieces to the napkin. The rest of it was meh. Green beans were close to raw. The beer I got was great. I’ve had so-so rib eyes here too, but never wowed by them. I truly wish the food was better quality and the menu inspired by some of the greatness at Capital Grille. This building might be an Olive Garden in 10 years.

We’ve eaten in a handful of times and same with take out. Dining in has always been better but that’s obvious since the food is right off the grill onto your plate without a car ride home. The Flo’s Filet is always very good and cooked right 8⁄10 times. It’s a really good cut of steak. It gets packed here on the weekends and if you go after 5PM, that’s when the wait starts. Servers are decent and efficient for the most part and drinks are usually well made. A bit pricey for a chain restaurant, however.

If you want a good steak, don’t stop here. The steaks here are tough and dry. The service is poor also, today they could not get a simple appetizer right, and when our meal showed up we were informed they had no baked potatoes. Two minutes later the table across the isle is ordering and is told sides include— Baked potatoes. I’ve given Longhorn a couple tries. This is the last time I’ll be here.

The ribs are always great! Fall off the bone and juicy. I usually order takeoout so I cannot say much about the staff at this location. Takeout is fast and efficient. The full slab of ribs comes with a side and a salad.

Went last night had the fried shrimp, and trust me it was fried. It was so over fried that it was like chewing on rubber. Service was ok wasn’t overly busy and it seemed to take a while to get any service. Overall not very pleased, disappointing would be a great word to describe the meal.

Kind of slow customer service considering it was quiet, steak tips we were salty, bread was good after waiting several minutes for it, burger was good. Hostess put a couple with way too much PDA behind us with an elderly gentleman straight out of the hospital.

Update on Longhorn I think they may have actually been listening to customer criticism. A lot of the childish pictures have disappeared from the menu, so that is an improvement over the ridiculous one that preceded it. Someone needs to stop the idiocy of dumping ranch dressing all over the corn on the cob before it’s served. Did you ever want to do that to your corn on the cob at home? I don’t think you did, and it is not good here either. You can actually order a decent sized 16 oz steak now. That is a major improvement for big hungry guys. Double cut thick pork chops would be another suggestion I would love to see, and a king sized porterhouse option would be perfect. They need to get over the fetish of putting cheese glop on the steaks and let the meat do the talking. You don’t see the better quality steak houses doing the«cheese whiz» goo on their steaks because it does not make them better. Service was very very slow. We were almost ready to walk out the door it took so long to get our salads on the table. Our waitress seemed to vanish into thin air most of the time we were there, and I had to get another waitress to seek her out to get my check. I bumped them up one star for the revised menu that does not insult your intelligence, and the 16 oz steak. There is still a lot of room for improvement, but it’s better than it used to be.

I had a 5 star meal with almost 5 star service and would give this place 5 stars if they were not out of Prime Rib. They’re a STEAKHOUSE!!! I can understand when other restaurants run out of prime rib, but a steak house shouldn’t in my opinion. I had the small filet instead with mashed potatoes and paid extra to have the corn on the cob side. The filet and potatoes were awesome, but I didn’t like that the corn was covered in ranch dressing before grilled. It didn’t sound good before ordering and guess what — it wasn’t good after eating. Just stick to the regular corn on the cob and please don’t try to be so fancy with weird concoctions. Overall, very good meal!!!

Slow service and my steak was overcooked. By the time I got my food it wasn’t even worth it to send it back and have one the way I wanted. Really disappointed this time around. My steak wasn’t the only one not cooked to order either. Hmm.

I really don’t give five-star reviews to a lot of chain restaurants as I’ve never been fully«wowed» by them. However, this one is a little different and it should be noted. Hubs and I had a Darden Restaurant giftcard that expired at the end of the year and rather than let it go to waste, Longhorns it was(yeah, I know Darden also owns the Capital Grill, but I wasn’t changing out of my sweats). Over the course of the past few years, the parking lot seems to look fuller and fuller, so we figured we would give them a try. Personally, I don’t eat a lot of red meat but I knew I could always get a salad or chicken. We were seated quickly and our server, Kristin, quickly approached our table ready to take drink orders, appetizers, and serve bread. I’m convinced the bread has cocaine in it because it is addicting at every level. We started off with the housemade chips which were, in fact, made to order. They were served with a housemade dipping sauce, but it was basically just ranch dressing mixed with barbecue sauce. I had the seven pepper steak salad, which although was a little out of the ordinary for me since I don’t eat a lot of red meat. However, it was spicy and served with blue cheese. There was a vinaigrette dressing offered with it, but I actually opted for no dressing as the steak seasoned the rest of the meal. Here’s where it got interesting and our server, Kristin, went above and beyond. Hubs wanted a burger he had there many moons ago one day for lunch. He couldn’t remember the name of it. Was there mushrooms or onions on it? He couldn’t remember either. Kristin knew the menu inside and out, but wasn’t sure of the lunch offerings, so she checked with another server. Then, it was a matter of whether or not the kitchen could handle such a request since they were offering the dinner menu and things may not be portioned out. Once again, Kristin checked with them and was told it would be no problem. All in all, she went totally above and beyond what was required. Was it the best salad I ever had? No. Was it delicious? Absolutely. Was the entire meal good? You betcha. Overall, it was the service that made the meal and we left as happy customers. Good service goes a long way these days. Serve people the way you would want to be served. It’s true.

I really like their STRAWBERRYSALAD at Longhorn STEAK-house. It has mixed greens with strawberries, grapes, mandarin oranges, candied pecans, red onion, feta & raspberry vinaigrette. It’s light & refreshing. The prime rib is really good for a chain restaurant, served with au jus and horseradish sauce. But everything else is mediocre. I’m just not that impressed with the steaks here

It was a bit like subliminal messaging… I’ve seen the commercial so many times, I just had to go, and nothing was going to stop me. OK, time-out for a second. I felt slightly odd being there and not wearing a cowboy hat and/or chaps. It’s very much a place with taxidermy heads of animals on the walls, lassos, and art depicting a cowboy breaking in horses. Yeahhhhhhh… About that. Ordered a Dirty Martini to start. And it was a decent start, not the best, but it worked. Boo-Boo had some sort of a freak out and demanded on ordering two different appetizers, because he couldn’t decide between the two — Texas Tonion and the Firecracker Chicken Wraps. The Tonion was decent, but the Wraps were yum-yum-yum. And by this point, after my second martini, feeling slightly loopier than expected, we decided to order our entrees. Two side salads, Crab Stuffed Filet with a half a rack of BBQ Baby Back Ribs,(HEY! I was kinda drunk by this point — don’t judge a glutton under the influence.), copious amount of mashed potatoes, and another Filet. Continue on with my martini and I realized, that, by God, what is wrong with me? I have eaten 2⁄3 of my plate, after finishing off my appetizers and side salad, and just then I begin to feel immensely bloated and decide to stop. It was good, I think it was better because lubed up. The service was decent, nothing out of the ordinary. All in all, satisfactory experience. I felt like that was slightly too gluttonous, even for me.
