Since the past, almost year, I would like to update my review. Shortly after posting the original review, I had an issue with a new neighbor who moved in and was playing loud music. The bass was traveling through the wall at early morning hours and was keeping me awake. Our unit is right off of Pines Blvd so I have gotten used to the sound of all the cars and motorcycles flying by making a racket at 2 am but the sound of bass is why we moved away from South Beach. I emailed my complaint and received a letter from the office manager and she said the neighbor was very apologetic and that she had also read this review and that the dumpster area would be getting new windbreakers, fences, a fresh coat of paint, and power washed every week.(which happened but only lasted about 2 weeks). I have since added 2 pictures taken recently of the dumpster area with the same fence and windbreakers and disgusting grounds. One shows how people have little respect for the dumpsters and leave stuff out. I’m surprised we don’t have rats. Power washing around the dumpster no longer happen every week but seems like once a month. I doubt anyone is being fined for leaving their garbage out of the dumpster.($ 100 fine per bag, supposedly) The ducks in the complex seem all cute when when you first arrive. They have gotten more aggressive in the past year. I was attacked by one once while removing groceries from my car. It shot is projectile poo and flew straight at me, unprovoked. They roam the dumpster grounds and open any left out garbage, they poop all over the place and walk out in front of cars and hold up traffic on numerous occasions. Nasty rats with wings if you ask me. Don’t feed them bread, don’t tell your kids they are safe to be around. They are aggressive. The complex has a policy with pets. The pet deposit is a nonrefund
