This location decided it wanted to close the door 15 mins before closing time. Unprofessional and Rude employees at the door.

Rude. Was not approached by anyone. Instead bypassed by 2 employees several times. The line was super long and only 2 girls on the register. Not the best visit for someone visiting out of town.

Went there today everybody was pleasant and the manager on duty was there at the entrance. Felt very welcomed. Cannot say the same for the pembroke lakes VS. I guess it’s a toss up.

This store is in the Shops of Pembroke Gardens. They seem to change staff quite often as I don’t think I’ve never seen the people twice and I can only say that once ever did I receive exceptional service. Usually you have to track down someone to assist you and that usually means interrupting them from their private conversations with other staff members. With that being said, they are friendly and will help you (once you find someone and ask). The changing rooms are tidy and usually what you are looking for is in stock.
