The UPS Store

I’ve been going to this UPS Store for the past 6 years that’s because that’s how long I’ve been living in Florida. I love this store because they are always helpful. Every time you walk in the the owner gives you the most beautiful smile, it’s like she’s never unhappy. This store is run by the owners and family it reminds me of the old time mom and pop stores, and I like that. I hate going to the post office I don’t mind that UPS is a little more than USPS it’s worth the customer service you receive.
I’m taking the time to write this review because yesterday they went above and beyond to help me ship my father ashes to my brother. After I was finished with the shipping my car wouldn’t start. The owner sent one of her employee to help me get the car started when he couldn’t help they called AAA. Just lucky I was in the right place at the right time. I tell all my friends about them by the way there is always a notary available to notarized important documents.

Holy moly! I don’t know why they were so unfriendly to me and other people here. There was an older lady working the counter and all I needed was a car expection because I was at the auto tag next door and they needed a notarized car inspection, $ 10 here at the UPS store and it takes less than 30 seconds.
The one star rating is because they were extremely unfriendly (actually the one lady) and I had to wait about 20 minutes because they only had one person, an older lady (East Indian for identification purposes), short tempered, extremely rude to the guests before me and of course myself.
They sure can make an easy $ 10 in 30 seconds though. All they did was stamp a document and look at my odometer in the car. Pretty easy and literally 30 seconds total!
If you absolutely need to pay more for postage, come to the store. You do know that they charge more than regular UPS postage, correct?
If you need to go to a UPS store, I would recommend the one on Red Road in Miramar as they are actually very friendly. Here, you will need to wait, and they don’t seem to care about you and it’s TOTAL service with a snarl.
The lady was so super rude to me and all I did was smile and say hello and wait in the line while this mature lady was on the phone trying to figure something out for 20 minutes before taking the person in front of me and then myself. She just seemed so unhappy to even be alive!
Both of us in line were shocked that she treated customers the way she treated us. I am guessing she is probably the owner or family member of the owner because there is no way someone would hire someone like this.
If I need to go to a UPS store, it sure as hell won’t be this one!

Very nice and friendly. Walked in at 6:15 even though they closed at 6:30 they greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service. They were patient with me finding the address info and packaged my stuff and gave me discounts for my next visit!

Had a prepaid label walked right up they smiled said hello and gave me a receipt!
