Can’t say that UPS has the cheapest prices, but this specific location always has amazing customer service so this is why I will give it five stars. I come here at the end every semester to turn in my Chegg rental books for FIU and never had a problem. They’re always fast, which makes the school errand a lot bearable. It takes around five minutes to pack everything up and to print out the receipt, always with a smile on their face.

This UPS store gets 5 stars for their extremely helpful and efficient staff. David is extremely knowledgable in all shipping protocol and always greets me with warmth no matter how busy he is running the show. I visit the store often to ship out deliveries for my business and it always goes smoothly.

I was at the plaza on other business and just tried to drop off a priority box for the routine pickup the post office makes every day. i have been a customer, but did not buy anything this time as it was a pre paid box. they could have taken it without any trouble to them. i was told «take it to the post office. You bet i will with ever going back! no customer care here!

I went in and waited for 20 minutes while the one person working talked to one customer. After 20 minutes I was told this was going to take a little while longer and I might want to move my car. The guy was either shipping radioactive material or they were just socializing. I will let you choose which one it was. I know one customer probably doesn’t matter to them but I will spend my money elsewhere.
