Probably one of the best taco bells I’ve ever been too. Super fast and accurate service. Wish there were more taco bells like these.

I love this taco bell. It’s the best one I’ve ever been to. The service is great and I can’t really complain about the food. I believe they are open around 2−3ish a.m. great service !

I personally LOVE this Taco Bell! The food is always fresh, the service counter is fast, Most of the cashiers are very polite and friendly, and the place is so clean, you could eat off the floor. But of course, I wouldn’t. LOL! The location is right down the street from a lot of shops that I frequent. The only bad thing is the drive-thru window. You can’t hear the speaker box, and they sometimes get your order wrong. But if you want awesome Mexican fast food, this is the place to be. I just wish they would lower their prices a little, and come up with something new on the menu every once in a while. Other than that, I love this place!

The service here is awesome! The place is clean, and people seem to go out of their way to make dining at a fast food restaurant an enjoyable experience. Taco bell of all places. In the one I used to live by, you’d practically have to fight someone to get service. Seriously, it’s still the same stuff that you’ll find at any other one, but they just do it with a little more love.

Just left this location and I am scratching it off my list. After many visits and many changes they have continued to mess up my orders. Tonight I laid for 3 meals and arrived home with 2 and a half. I know it’s fast food but it would be nice if they took the time to get it right. The one on Pines near the mall will have to do they have been flawless.

The 4-star rating is relative… I rarely get a craving for either of these guys, but the other night I was driving home quite late from work and really hungry. As I heard the rumble in my stomach, I started to think of getting home after 10pm and not having had dinner yet. That’s right about the time I noticed this location for the first time(I haven’t lived in this area very long). Anyway, I typically do NOT use the drive-thru at fast food places since I order w/o veggies and just got tired of having to go back inside to get my order right 8⁄10. However, this particular night I was just not feeling up to going inside and decided to risk the drive-thru. This was my very first visit to this particular location. I had been craving bread sticks and a burrito for a little while, so the Pizza/Taco combo was perfect. I’ve never ordered a burrito at TB so I asked for the ingredients which the cashier quickly rattled off with confidence,(a nice surprise, actually). My order was simple & quick, but the cashier was very courteous and easy to understand over the speaker. I pulled up and handed her my $. She made change, asked if I wanted any condiments and just when she noticed my order was complete yet, she made brief small talk. I was a bit surprised that her friendly, upbeat personalty was still«on» after 10pm while I was exhausted, she managed to put a smile on my face. She handed me my bag, wished me a great evening… I pulled away not even thinking that my order could have been goofed nor that I’ll be feeling guilty for eating this stuff to begin with. lol Good employees definitely make a difference, especially in a service related industry. And yes, my order was perfect! My burrito was toasted & hot(I requested it) and my bread sticks w/sauce were as good as I can imagine fast food being. It is what it is and that is, cheap, quick, and convenient.

I have to admit that Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant of all time. Because of my love affair with Taco Bell, I am willing to overlook small mistakes or imperfections, however, after two visits to this location, I’m convinced they should change the name of this location to Taco Hell. On my first visit, which was last week, I ordered two fresco crispy potato soft tacos at he drive-thru. The wait was pretty long. Fresco is a word in Taco Bell’s imaginary language, but even they don’t know what it means. Although it’s supposed to mean no cream sauce/sour cream/cheese sauce and no shredded cheese, good luck actually getting anything fresco. My tacos came with no cheese(yay!) but loaded with ranch sauce(boo!). I took the food into the restaurant(so much for the drive-thru) and asked them to give me fresco, but both the manager and employee seemed confused about what fresco means. On my next visit, which was today, I again made the mistake of choosing the drive-thru. Wait was also very long. The delay was mostly because it took the employee taking the orders a very long time to enter the information. On the bright side, this taco bell is modern with the screen at the drive-thru that displays your order. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a cup of water. My Crunchwrap was charred and the employee tried to hurry me away from the window before giving me my drink. She sighed and seemed annoyed that I was asking her to give me what I ordered. The staff here is at best inept and at worst rude. Save yourself the long wait and the hassle. Although I truly believe that the Crunchwrap Supreme is quite possibly the greatest food invention of the last decade, there are better locations where you can get it.

As much as I love my tacos and pizza, this by far has to be the most obnoxious place ever! Their«Customer Service Champion.» This character was extra loud and yelled about wanting a raise after he served each customer. I had to actually put in headphones to tune out his talking and turn up the volume. I wont be eating inside anymore. Drive thru only.

Same thing with this branch. I crave for taco Bell onece in a while. That’s how I like their tacos. But it’s really sad that the drive-thru can’t make it right with our order. Every single time we drive-thru and emphasize no veggies, we always end up with veggies! Calling the corporate office. Maybe the speaker system is not clear enough when people speak to the mic that’s why they can’t hear it right. Just a suggestion…
