This is a really great place, an exhilarating environment with the top mma coaches and instructors, offering a variety of classes for men, women, and children. A positive atmosphere and a great place to get in top physical shape as well as learning how to protect yourself in any situation. Not only do they offer mma and boxing, but have a great yoga program to offer as well to help relax and relieve sore and tight muscles. With a great yoga room, experienced and accommodating teachers, the yoga program at rock mma appeals to all ages, genders, and people alike. Definitely a place worth checking out if you are in the area.

Overall: This is definitely the place to be if you want to get fit! They offer classes for you no matter your fitness interest they even offer yoga classes.
The Experience: Every coach is a leader in their line of work and are definitely inspirational and excellent at what they do. The staff is also very well-​trained and always eager to help. The gym is fairly new, but they just opened up a new location in Pembroke Pines that is state-​of-​the-​art with all kinds of equipment and everything you need. I found them browsing for a great MMA gym in Pembroke Pines and stumbled upon their website, and there I saw a free 7 day trial, so I said why not. I gave them a shot and now I’m hooked!

The people at this gym are very nice. When is time to train is all a challenge and at the end of the day is an achievement. One of the best gyms out there with a great location.
