Was sent a Radiology bill by this office after my disabled sons spine surgery at Joe DiMaggio. I was so overwhelmed by all the bills I was getting I just paid it only to find out this bill WASCOVERED fully by my Insurance company. Needless to say I have spent 5 months trying to get my refund. I was told in December that my refund was mailed and if I didn’t get it I would have to wait 60 days for them to stop payment. I even had my insurance company agent call them. To this Day March 182016 I have yet to receive my money!!! Not only did I pay them but they were ALSOPAID by my Insurance company. I already know they commit Insurance Fraud, but they have some of the ruddest people and supervisors I know. BEVERYAWAREOFWHATRADIOLOGISTOFFICEBILLYOU. NEVERPAYTHISCOMPANYWITHOUTCHECKINGEVERYTHING. THISOFFICESHOULDBEINVESTIGATEDANDPUTOUTOFBUSINESS. INSURANCEFRAUDIS A CRIME. I guess my next step is to take them to Court.

When I stepped into this office I was skeptical at first. it is a typical office setting that was very quiet. I was not sure if a doctor was seeing patients as the waiting room had no one but like 2 people waiting. We were greeted by the check in staff. The check in and out employee is very nice. We were given our paper work to fill out and then it began. We arrived at 11AM which was out appointment time. I was with my mom is in severe pain for multiple fractures in her back. After sitting for about 30 min my mom was very uncomfortable in the chairs. Since she has fractures she must be reclined. She managed to get up and walk around and sit in every chair int he waiting room and still no comfort. I finally went to ask if they had a pillow as my mom was really in pain. The staff was able to tell me to come to the back as they would put her in a room in which she was able to be comfortable. Never hurts to ask for something. Worst they can tell you is no. Well we get to the room and they had a chair that reclined and she was able to feel comfortable and also had 2 pillows. Thank god!!! Our prayers were answered. Well after 2 hrs and 30 min waiting in the room for the doctor we were a bit annoyed at this point. We wondered if we were forgotten. I had gone to the front prior to after waiting an hour to ask how long it would be and they stated we would be seen. So we waited and waited and waited patiently. We had no choice as my mother really needed to be seen by a doctor for her condition. Finally a NP came in to see my mom who asked questions and took vitals etc. Then she went to report it to the doctor and then he came in to see my mom. We were hoping this was not going to be a doctor who after waiting 2 hrs and 30 min to be seen would only give us 5 min of his time. As he came in he greeted us warmly. He asked questions and then went on to explain my moms condition and what he could do. He spent his time and treated us like friends and explained to us what happened and what needed to be done. So we were happy with the care. So after a long long wait we were happy with the care. We told the doctor he makes his patients wait long but at the end it is worth the wait.

Incompetent and unethical. Their clinical mistake nearly cost my son his life. Then the office manager committed insurance fraud to get paid.
