Heidi comes 3 times a week to check up on my two dogs while I am at work and I am super happy with her and my dog too. One time I was home when she came and my dog was super happy to see her, even though he has trust issues due to his past. She cares for them, I couldnt be happier. If you are looking for a pet sitter you should contact Heidi :)

We have used Heidi several times for our dog & she has been awesome. She is reliable & obviously truly cares about our dog. She is trustworthy & easy-​going. I love getting texts & notes from her about my dog. Communication is so important. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We hired Heidi of Pup-​eez petsitting to take car of our home, plants and pets while we were away. We returned home to discover that she did not attend to several of the basic tasks that we requested. Our plants had not been watered and were dead and dying, the pool crawler had not been adjusted as requested and was stuck in one spot allowing the pool to fill with debri from the trees, the pet’s food dishes were unclean and slimey (we had requested that fresh clean dishes be used for each meal, but the same dishes were there complete with «slime coating» in the bottom of the water dishes), and the automated litter box had been unattended (and was clogged with several days of cat waste). When we brought some of the issues to her attention, she denied responsibility and «dismissed us» as her clients. We were very disapointed with her service, attitude and ethics and will not use her again. We have been using petsitters for over ten years and have never had an issue until now. When we posted our negative review to Unilocal,Heidi threatened to sue us and began sending harassing letters and emails.
