I didn’t have a problem with this business until recently. I brought in a few pairs of flat-front pants to be pressed. I stressed to the clerk that they were flat-front pants and I asked her to please make a note to NOT crease the pants. Needless to say, all of the pants came back creased. The company tried to get the crease out, but the creases were still present. The employee told me the owner would replace the pants if they were damaged — but the owner must have changed his mind, because he asked me to bring the pants back to try again. I got my pants back — the creases were about 90% out — but I can still see them. I did not bring my clothes to this establishment, and pay nearly $ 50, for the clothes to be returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped them off. To the owner — you saved yourself some money by not replacing the pants you damaged — but you have lost a customer forever. I hope it was worth it.

Unilocal stated that this location opened at 7:30; however, the door said it did not open until 8:00AM. The door was eventually opened at 8:05AM – already starting off on a bad note. Monday morning… I’m there waiting for them when they open… and to PRESS my garments only(what apparently is their specialty) they would not be ready until Thursday evening! Seriously?! Are they shipping them off to the Bahamas to have them pressed or something? They offered rush service for $ 1 more per garment, to get them on Tuesday evening.(What happened to «in by 8, out by 5»??) While the rush offer was not unreasonable, it was still not as convenient as what I was hoping for and reading the reviews here it looks like this place is on the way out. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving my clothes there.

Do not bring your stained clothes here! I brought in a white suit with a difficult stain, and dirt marks from stepping on it. I knew the difficult stain was not going to come off, but the shoe stains were still there — they didn’t even bother washing the jumpsuit. After three weeks of waiting for the suit, because they kept telling me weekly that it wasn’t ready, the suit was in the same exact conditions! DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYORTIME!

First time here and the staff was very friendly. I came to alter a pair of pants(slightly expensive — $ 13) and it was not ready for the appointed pick-up time. I returned 5 days later as per request and found that they could not find my clothing. After ½ an hr, it was found but unaltered. My clothing was then altered immediately but I did not receive any incentive to return for any future business. My rating is based on the following 4 Ps: — Price = 3⁄5 — Punctuality = 1⁄5 — Professionalism = 2⁄5 — Personality of staff = 5⁄5 Due to the friendliness of the staff, I’m willing to give this experience the benefit of the doubt that this may be a rare occurrence. Therefore, I plan to return in the future with my business in hopes of increasing the rating and possible recommendation.

I went here on a Monday to get some dresses altered and was told the only person qualified to do alterations works on Wednesdays so I came back and Wednesday and was told that she wasnt there. They lost business, I took my clothes elsewhere.

Great job with tailoring. Kind of on the expensive side though. Will highly recommend.

They honored my check-in coupon & the Unilocal deal on the same visit. Major points for that. I got two pants dry-cleaned & a shirt altered. They also gave me a coupon for subsequent visits. They supposedly match competitor prices & deals. I’m yet to determine the validity to it. Anyway, the alterations came out just fine & in time for the wedding I need the shirt for. My only problem is that I got my pants back hoping they would’ve fixed the discoloration caused by the size stickers. Didn’t have the receipt to return or exchange. & I had already pulled the tags off when I noticed the discoloration. Anyway, I think the dry-cleaning comes out to about $ 5 per pant. & I think about $ 4 to have them pressed only. Not too shabby, I guess. I’ll have to shop around to see just how competitively priced they are.
