I have two boys age 3 and 4… been buying shoes at this location since they were born. I’ve never had any issue until two months ago when my kids shoes began tearing apart($ 60 each). The kids complaint of pain at their heals as well. Called customer service explained the situation and they offered to exchange the last pair within 30 days. A not so friendly manager named Jenny… gave me a difficult time to exchange worn shoes despite having an email from their headquarters and original receipt. Rudely questioned the receipt, customer service email and laughed in front of other customers. So sad. Such poor skills. Online shopping it is from now on. A week ago an associate named Ashley called and I explained the situation… she offered a discount which was appreciated. We have dealt with Ashley before and she is awesome with the kids to measure and provides lightning fast service. She is good at what she does. If you go… Ask for Ashley.
