Panda Kitchen and Bath Expo Center of Pembroke Pines

This place is horrible. We hired them last year to install our kitchen and a bathroom vanity. My wife worked on the design over several weeks with one of their designers. He came to our house and did the measurements himself. After coming to an agreement, we had to pay them up front over $ 13,000 with a certified bank check. Our install was scheduled for a Monday and I was told to have my kitchen torn out, rewired and ready for that Monday. The installer arrived at 2pm, the day of the install, and said that the kitchen designed wouldn’t fit. We had to go back to the store and redesign the kitchen over a couple hours. I had taken the week off for the install and they ended up coming back 2 days later to try it again. The installer should have been a butcher because he cut and rigged everything on the job. What a chop job. The drawers aren’t leveled, the baseboards aren’t attached, there are unfilled nail holes everywhere. The crown molding across top is uneven, the outlet holes show beyond the outlet covers and the bathroom vanity goes all the way to the floor with no toe kick, screws coming through the sides splitting the shelves, shelves cut to make smaller ones making them unfinished on edges. We never signed off on the job and they won’t come back to complete it. The installers complain constantly about the company. It’s an absolute disaster.

This place is an absolute SCAM! We worked with David and ordered kitchen cabinets and granite. We paid upfront over $ 7,000 and so far have gotten nothing but lies and a crappy cabinet install. It’s extremely sloppy!!! I had a contractor come in and literally lift his shirt up to show me his hernia while complaining about his having to install heavy granite in my kitchen. DISGUSTING. I have David lying repeatedly about the installation dates for my granite which has gotten pushed back even further every time I speak to him. He is a liar and a scammer. What this place wants is your money. I got hounded (again after spending over 7k) for an extra couple hundred dollars for granite «because we picked an expensive one». We weren’t told this granite was more expensive while we were here choosing. We were told it was included with out Panda Kitchen package. Again, SCAM. If anyone has contact info for corporate please let me know. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. STAY FAR AWAY!
By the way, I still have no granite countertops installed. Just crappy kitchen cabinets.

Panda Kitchen & bath (10 301 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, Florida), installed a bathroom vanity in my home. The vanity was too small for the space and they refused to add a filler which had been promised when I purchased the vanity. The granite was installed incorrectly leaving large unsightly areas of caulking. They refused to refund any money or return to fix it. Multiple times this company did not show or call on appointments when installing this vanity as well as my entire kitchen. I now need to hire another contractor to fix this botched job. I would never do any business with them again or refer them to anyone.

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option.
This has been the worst kitchen remodel experience I have ever had. The customer service was great initially, which is why we decided to use them. However, once they had ALL of our money up front, customer service went down the drain.
We are renovating our new home and one of the first things we wanted to complete was the kitchen, so we put in the order 2.5 months before the move in date, so that it would without a doubt be completed by the time we were to move in. Well, here we are, supposed to move in this week, and our kitchen is still a mess. Do you think Panda cares? Of course they don’t. They have all their money. Why would they? They didn’t care when their installer called my husband a nasty name and almost assaulted him, so why would they care if our kitchen wasn’t done?
Not only is the customer service awful, but they installed the wrong doors for the pantry, wrong handles and hinges on the cabinets, etc. Not to mention the work is not even completed after 2.5 months. This is ridiculous and I am ready to dispute the entire charge.
DO NOT USE PANDA!!! You will regret it.
