The glasses I bought from here have to be the worst in history. I bought anti-glare and the real glass, not plastic, and I really don’t believe they did put it in. They are really really bad quality glasses. The frames are fine.

Back here to pick up a pair of glasses that were scratched and still under warranty. Not only had it taken a month to get the glasses, but it’s taken over forty minutes(so far, still waiting as I write this) to get the glasses. They can’t dispense here, only the doctor can dispense and the doctor is busy, so everyone has to wait. This is not good customer service! If I could give no stars I would. I advise everyone to avoid this place since they are not customer friendly and seem to think everyone has all day to wait for the doctor to give you your glasses. Just not sure why they have so many sales associates here(3), when they can’t give out glasses. Totally messed up! And yes, I’m still waiting. If I could go without the glasses I would just leave, but they have already been paid for. I will never come back here again and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible customer service.

i went to get an eye examination for contacts, and to my surprise Dr. Larson is no longer there. but i decided to give it a try anyway. HUGEMISTAKE!!! the Dr. that attended me was so incompetent, tools were falling out of his hands, he was going in and out of the exam room asking the assistant where thing were and what products they had at hand. it was a mess. and if that was not enough the contacts that he gave me were the wrong prescription !!! i call her and tell the assistant what had happened and that i was not happy for what i paid. she gave me another appointment which was today, and thinking that i was going to get what i paid for which was an eye examination. but that didn’t happen, The Dr. arrives 10 min late, comes to the waiting room and explains to me what i already knew. then she brings out another pair of contacts which by the way was lower than my original prescription. so messed up !! so i called them to ask for a refund. they gave me the run around, kept me on hold, and when they finally answered I asked to speak to the manager, they told me he was with a customer and that he would call me back. I waited and waited, finally i had to call them back, again they put me on hold and when they answered it was(or so they say) the corporate office. i explained everything to them and they told me that they do not refund for eye examinations!!! unbelievable!!! all i wanted was what i paid for an eye examination… very unprofessional!!! please don’t go there they are a rip off. i only gave it one star cause 0 is not an option!!!

My cousin had to get a new pair of new glasses so I met him there. customer service excellent service time quick very polite and helpful. Every employee in there came up to me and asked me if I needed help when I was waiting for my cousin’s glasses very helpful If I had to get a pair of glasses I would come here for my next pair and they had my cousin glasses ready in an hour fast great service.

The used car dealer of eye glass stores. I went to their Pembroke Pines store on 4 – 13 after seeing their T.V. ad 2 pairs of progressive glasses for $ 99.00.Now I know I cant get 2 pairs of quality glasses for $ 99.00 so I asked to see the next pair up in price. After a long wait a salesman finally sat down with us and showed us the next best pair at $ 520 buy 1 get 1. When I asked him so that’s the price of one he said yes and you get 1 for free. I said to him I bought 2 for 1 last year for $ 250.00 at Sears and he told me” wait here while I get my manager and see if he can give you a better price“well if any of you have been car shopping you know that is what you always here just before you walk out the door at the car dealer. I told the salesman I don’t do business like this for a pair of eyeglasses, got up, walked out and took my business elsewhere. I would never do business here.

As much as I hate to agree with the rest of the reviews — it’s true, the place is not very friendly the staff is rude and selective as to who they want to help. I walked in to check if my glasses were still under warranty since the frame had broken. One gentleman greeted me and I as I explained to him my scenario he shoved me with another staff member. When he pulled up my record, my purchase history was incorrect — he blamed it to the«old system» they use to have. Keep in mind this should be transparent to a client. finally, I had to end up calling my Amex card to find out on file if in fact my glasses were not in warranty since I could not trust their systems. Such an unpleasant visit and environment, even over the phone the customers get treated disrespectfully, as I overheard the first gentleman whom had initially greeted me. DONTGOHERE!

This is an update from a month ago. First of all one of my eyeglasses needed to be sent back — apparently they were obviously messed up. That caused a long delay in getting my glasses. Now that I finally have both the progressives as well as the single vision sunglasses it is clear that the Rx is wrong on both. Took them back and the store verified this. Two stars for pleasant personalities … Sorry folks! I’m going back to my other local doctor. These cheapo arrangements are garbage.

They are unprofessional and a waste of time I had a appointment for 215 and I went with my brother his was 230 I came in 15 mins late but the lady think her name is Alaska told me I got the 245 appointment because it was open I said that’s fine she took my brother in first and proceeded to wait when it was my turn and my brother was done she came and told me the real 245. Was here and I had to wait I asked why give me the 245 One she said with attitude cause I didn’t think they would come and continued to take them in wow just wow that made no sense to me I’ll let you guys figure out the wholes in this poorly staffed place

Melissa, Sales Manager, and Wesley, Technician, were very professional and extremely helpful. I can’t imagine why I’ve gone anywhere else these past few years for glasses. I highly recommend anyone to visit if you want a great deal and even better service. Keep up the great work guys!

Awesome experience. Had an appointment at 4:15 and was attended right away. Came in with a Groupon and found two pairs, couldn’t decide between the two so Melissa gave a great deal. She is very friendly and down to earth. Will be back!

Stay away. This branch is filled with rude and unprofessional employees. Except for the doctor, everyone there is just incompetent and very stuck up. They refused to refund my evaluation fee and then took a month to give me my glasses that I had already paid for in full. When I called to find out about my glasses, the girl was so rude and disrespectful. Will never do business here again. I advise you don’t either.

Unprofessional. In one word this is how I would describe this place. I wish I can give them a better review but the language they use with each other should be prohibited! A lot of inappropriate conversations and jokes going on. My appointment was at 2 pm and I left at 3:45pm. The doctor was really nice — which is the only reason I give them two stars. After getting my prescription, I had to wait for the employees which were outside Smoking!!! What is that? So unprofessional. Another good thing is that I only paid $ 56 in total to get a pair of glasses with the lenses and eye exam included through a Groupon.

Wow I agree with all the other bad reviews for this Eye lab of Pembroke Pines. Held an appointment at 3:00PM yesterday and the stupid manager let me wait another 2 hours just to get a freaking eye check. I hate this store so much because it’s super expensive and staff is extremely rude do yourself a favor and save your money and go to any Visionworks or For Eyes location because they’re more affordable and they’re nice

Sadly the reviews are all accurate. Confusion is the best case scenario. Incompetence or downright ignorance is the worse case. When they tell customers 7 – 10 days for glasses, don’t count on it! They get one star for the manager who cares but is OVERWHELMED!

I was scheduled for a 12:45pm apt. I called in to say that I will be 5 minutes late due to a bad car accident on the highway. Unfortunately, that is not acceptable and they couldn’t book me that day because they were full –_______– However, if they have a cancellation they will be sure to contact me. I wasted gas and money coming to here. But, I contact another myeyelab and had an apt available for 3:30.

This place is as horrible as their commercials are and their commercials are very bad. Stay away. They charge you or want to charge you $ 389 for what you thought was advertised price of two pairs for 69. Eventually they will give you the advertise price but not without an attitude.

When I first came here on December 11, 2013 it seemed like a decent place and they appeared to know what they were talking about. I ordered my daughter some glasses & they told me they had to order my trial contacts. They said 2 weeks for each. It took 3 weeks. I schedule an appt. To be seen for my contacts. My daughters glasses no problem. The contacts came in the doctor wasn’t there since they did not tell her I had arrived she left. So the manager Zuleima Espinosa gave me the contacts after much frustration and told me to return in 2 weeks. Left work early again to see the doctor and low & behold they schedule me on a day she was not there. I had to wait another week. When I come on a week later the doctor refuses to see me with the trial contacts cause she said I had them too long. So now I’m told they have to order another trial set which will take another 2 weeks & I’ll need to schedule another appt. Two weeks turn into a month with regular calls asking if they were received only to be given the run around. They finally tell me due to 2.5 months passing I need to be reexamined by a different doctor. I schedule another appt., only to be kept waiting & waiting to hear the doctor tell Ashley he only wants to see new patients. He finally agrees to see me & prescribes a totally different contact to me. And of course there are no trials in so guess what I have to wait another 2 weeks. At the same time I again plead with them for my glasses prescription that for the past 2,5 months I been told they were waiting for the doctor sign. The store manager(Zuleima Espinosa) finally gives me an unsigned prescription for my daughter & I and swears that as long as the license is written on it, I can take it any where. Of course the rebuttable eye place I went to would not accept it. So here I am today they finally get my trials in and before I can get my lenses prescription I have to make yes, another appointment. As I stated in my previous tip this is the worst eye place I have ever been to. It’s a shame you pay for a service and it take over three months before they can be filled. I hope & pray that this doctor does not disappear before I obtain my contact prescription. Once obtained I would rather pay double to get my contacts & glasses someplace else then deal with the incompetent individuals here. My review does not include the doctor I saw, this only pertain directly to MyEyeLab staff. They are awful, spend a little extra for better service at a more rebuttal eye place.
