All the pictures that you see in Brian’s profile is work that I did and was never paid for. I would not suggest him to anyone else. He is also unprofessional and smoke to much.

My experience with Bryan Strauss was nothing short of a nightmare. Bryan was expensive, and seems at first to be capable of most jobs except he is unreliable and I found he was not true to his word at all. He readily agreed to all of the tasks I asked, but when he started to flake out he made a litany of excuses as to why he couldn’t finish. He tried a bunch of excuses, all of which I called him on. I guess he banks on the ignorance of the person hiring him to get away with what he does. The one thing he didn’t waste time on doing was to deposit the check. I deal with a few contractors per year for my rental properties, and Bryan Strauss of Marlon’s Pristine Home Services has been the worst I’ve come across in South Florida to date.
A one day job turned into an entire weekend, which would have been ok, if he actually showed up to finish things. He never answers his phone, preferring to screen his VM and call back who he wants to. He’ll call back people who call about new jobs though, found that out when I had my wife call from a number he didn’t know. I had people checking in on him during that job that should have taken no more than a day, and they all said every time they passed by he was outside having a smoke.
I ended up firing him and will be filing complaints against consumer reporting agencies against his company. Total waste of time and left a sloppy, unfinished job. If I could give no stars, I would.
