Lowe’s of Pembroke Pines

The worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. 1^st Took 45 minutes for a manger to come do a return that could of easily been looked up on my Lowe’s credit card. Also the employees are lazy and rude, my sister and I had to load 10 bags of mulch and rocks into our car while the workers didn’t even bother asking if we needed help. Instead they choose to socialize. Management needs to have their employees step up their skills. I will never return. I rather drive out west to the Lowe’s on Sheridan and 75, they are always willing to help there. Very disappointed.

John in Flooring & Ed in paints have the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced here or Home Depot. Extremely helpful and knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile or ten!

My bf and I are rehabbing a property down the street and this location is the closest home improvement store. My local Lowes garden department left me feeling disappointed but that doesn’t mean all Lowes are bad right? WRONG. We needed some weed and feed so we headed to the garden department. We asked where to find it and an employee hosing the walkways barely looked up as he pointed us in the general direction (sorry to bother you!). Then we needed sprinkler materials. My bf is pretty good about navigating these stores and he found the stuff in plumbing but he couldn’t find clamps. Nobody and I mean nobody was around to ask. As an impatient (yet self aware) woman, I pleaded that he just find somebody to ask rather than wander aimlessly. We had to walk to bathrooms/​kitchens to locate an employee who thankfully knew the aisle to find the clamps in. We picked up those and headed on our way. I’d rather go to the place with lots of orange vests to guide me!

Sorry to say… Worst customer service. You feel like you are absolutely bothering them, if you can even find someone.

I feel very fortunate to have this store about a mile away from my home. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They carry almost everything you need for your home, including appliances. The prices are reasonable, though I believe The Home Depot might be a little cheaper.
