I have visited this restaurant as well as the Hollywood location many times. I am never disappointed the authentic Cuban cuisine is scrumptious. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and don’t pass by this hidden gem.

Overall a great place for lunch! The churrasco was a little rare in some spots, but excellent chimichurri flavor. The café con leche was also wonderful and the waiter very attentive.

I love the food here and they have great customer service. The 3 leches is a perfect dessert and they have gotten me hooked on their iron beer. I’ve been here twice in two weeks, always plenty of food for the next day

Been to other Las Vegas Cuban restaurants, which were a better experience. This location had a odd side door entrance when approaching from the front parking lot. The décor was poor & the music oddly American lite FM music, not Spanish music to add ambience. Service was friendly & efficient from beginning to end. I was first served without asking a basket of bread, it was like butter drenched flatten sponges, I bite into one & asked the waitress to take them away please. I Ordered a Cuban sandwich, with a side of mariquitas?(long plantain chips) w/garlic side sauce. The Cuban sandwich lacked severely in meat & taste. I have literally had a identical Cuban sandwich at a 7 – 11 only blocks away, which is not saying much. I asked for mustard to put on the sandwich, I was not brought a bottle of mustard but, was brought packs of mustard from Sysco foods, which was dried out & consistency of glue paste. The garlic side, tasted nothing like garlic it was rancid little white mystery balls? Ordered a Diet Jupinia which they don’t carry ? No pictures taken as the décor, food had nothing of interest.

If you’re in the need for good Cuban food at a reasonable price, head to Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine. They have lunch and dinner specials every day where certain items are cheaper on some days. Each meal comes with white rice & black beans, plantains, garlic bread and your choice of protein(fish, roast pork, chicken, fried pork chunks or fried chicken chunks). I’ve been eating at the Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine chain for about 12 years and I’m never disappointed. You can call ahead to pick up and it’s always ready in the time frame provided. If you get a chance to dine in, try their lemonade. You will thank me later! You can never go wrong with their roast pork, shredded beef or chicken breast. They give you a crap load of rice but this is typical in the Hispanic culture. I visited Spain and they would give you a mountain of rice and the smallest amount of protein known to man. Go here for consistent food and pleasant service that’s easy on the wallet!

Very disappointed in this place! The food was very dry! Jeorge the server was awful we asked for hot sauce and he gave it to us empty so I asked another waitress and they gave me a new one with the wrapper on it! Yucca was dry and burnt and so was our chickens! DONOTGOTOTHISPLACETOEAT!(They charge for extra sauces when the food is dry!)

Muchos gracias Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine! Loved the food, service, and friendliness of your staff. I loved the appetizer: Bandeja Las Vegas — Las Vegas Sample Platter. Beautifully tiered display of 2 levels of deliciousness. All portions of entrées were huge and the children’s item was a good size as well. The only thing that justified minus 1 star was when our server asked our table if we wanted sangrias… after 1 adult said yes, among our party of 7 adults plus 1 child, she immediately poured into 7 wine glasses the sangrias. The woman server should have asked if everybody would like sangrias… not everybody drinks alcohol… If ever back in Florida, we’ll most definitely dine again!

This place is so good as always. Any of the Las Vegas restaurants in Broward county always have consistently great food. Staff is extremely nice and the food is very fresh. The sauces are very good as well. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been to multiple locations all around Broward county and never been disappointed. My most recent visit was a takeout order and the food was ready very quickly. I did have to wait on hold for quite a while to place to order, but I think they were trying to find an English speaker to help me as my Spanish is sadly limited. The food is tasty and delicious. It is also cheap and there is never a wait for a table.

We were looking for delicious, affordable, authentic, Cuban food and we were not disappointed. We started with Ice cold Presidentes, fresh mojitos, and lovely pina coloadas with some kind of caramel sauce(genius!). Service was fast, food was great. The hot pressed Cuban sandwiches and lecon asada, were delish, but the churasco steak with the green sauce was outstanding! Finished the night with a delicious guava cheesecake… Yum! Plenty of parking, and spacious dining room. We will be back!

Really tasty Cuban food. The restaurant is very spacious and has beautiful décor. They have a special party room that can accommodate large parties for special occasions. The server we had didn’t really speak English, which is fine because we managed to communicate, but the service was slow. The restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time, but expect a leisurely meal. Most of the meals are reasonably priced, but some were more expensive than I expected for some of the Cuban staples. I ordered the palomilla steak and it was DELICIOUS! You can specify the done-ness of the meat(I ordered medium) and the steak was flavorful, juicy, and tender! It is topped with onions and served with two sides of your choosing. I got white rice and beans, as well as sweet plantains. Portions are large and filling. I ordered a café con leche after I devoured my meal. It wasn’t too bitter or sweet; it’s very well brewed. Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine is located at the back of the plaza with the Regal cinemas and next to El Balcon. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Delicious and a great value! Rare to find these days! What a difference a week and our restaurant selection makes. This places does it right. Last week we had ordered take out from another Pines establishment that made me feel like I had been ripped off. This week, we opted for something different for take out and went with Las Vegas. I will start by saying the they passed the first test with flying colors. They know how to pack the food so everything tastes right after the car ride. They separated the liquid items from the dry items. The crunchy items stayed crunchy and didn’t get soggy! Also, the containers were size appropriate for the portions. That’s a lesson that a lot of places could learn, not just the place we had last week. The other thing I appreciated was the amount of food for the price. Usually if I pay less, I suffer in quality what I get in quantity. I am happy to say we got both quality and quantity from Las Vegas. The place we ordered from last week offered us neither. Today I also broadened my horizons and ordered the Appetizer Sampler Platter(Bandeja Las Vegas), which was awesome. I was in the mood to have a little of everything, and everything was delicious. We also have so much left over that we will be sharing with Mom next door because she loves Cuban food. This is too good not to share. I hate to keep comparing to our experience from last week, but I would have been embarrassed to offer anything I ate last week to my mother-in-law. For our entrees, we both ordered Picadillo, but when Hubby realized I ordered the same thing he said that he was having a hard time deciding between that and the Lechon Asado. I told him to go ahead and get the Lechon because I would likely have plenty of the Picadillo left over… and I did. They gave me a ton, and I barely made a dent in it. It was really tasty too. Hubby loved his Lechon Asado, and he will be able to try my dish later when he gets hungry again. After our experience with Las Vegas today, we will be ordering from them again. My favorites of the day were the Picadillo and the Croquetas from the sampler platter.

I have passed by different Las Vegas locations, but never actually tried them out until yesterday. My mom and I were looking for something different than our usual stops when we’re in Pines. While I don’t think this will be on our short list for future spots, it’s nice to know that pretty good cuban food can be found at Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine. We ordered a pork dish with chunks of fried pork, and the ropa vieja. Both were good, and we both really enjoyed the ropa vieja. Our favorites were the empanadas and the platanos maduros. The beef inside the empanadas was seasoned well and the ratio of the fried dough to the meat was perfect. The platanos were exactly how I like them where they’re a little charred in some places and then soft in others so you get the combo of soft and crunchy in every bite. Service was good, but the restaurant was dirty. Many tables didn’t look like they had been thoroughly wiped down from previous diners, and I noticed food on the tile floor throughout the restaurant. They have lunch specials everyday until 4, and they look like great deals.

Good food ANDGOODCOMPANY. Makes all the DIFFERENCEINTHEWORLD! Lots of family and friends went to this restaurant. The Cuban food was awesome. To say the least, service was outstanding. They were so ready for us. Everything was pre-ordered. Being that it was such a large party of people, I believe I can touch base already on the check-In. Cuban is Caribbean roasted pork, it’s not Spicy Hot(But, keep in mind there’s always a bottle of Louisiana Tabasco sauce on the table). If you’re at a Cuban restaurant and you don’t see it, just say Tabasco please. The pork is juicy, served at a perfect temperature savory, full of wonderful tropical spices. And Citrusy marinade. Perfect pork should be marinated for 24 hours. Prior to cooking it very slow for hours at a low temperature. Sounds familiar? Same technique used to cook great Southern barbecue. We had has a choice chicken breast steak, also marinated in tropical juices and spices. And, What some people commented the best grilled snapper they’d had in a long time. White rice and black beans. Of course the Sweeet Flash Fried Plantains.(IFTHESWEETPLANTAINS you get it when they were brought to your table, are mushy and greasy. Shame on whoever made them, The OILWASNOTHOTENOUGH, And Should Be Fresh Veg. Oil). Boy, that gets me, really P. Off. These people cook with one ingredient I like to use. PASSION and Love. ALWAYSCOMESOUTRIGHT! Plenty, of hot Cuban bread, drizzled with olive oil and a little garlic. Then the espressos started coming out of that kitchen. Of course, Hey guys :-) we’re still in the USA. Can almost have anything you’d like to eat. For dessert, Nope, not the typical Cuban desserts. A BIGGGREDVELVETCHOCOLATECAKE, and A BIGDOUBLECREAMYCHOCOLATECAKE.(I enjoyed watching since I am gluten-free, boo-hoo :-( It’s all Good. Went to S. Bucks for a Warm Double Chocolate Gluten Free Cookie:-) life is Short Find a Way To Get your Grove/Mojo.

This is our new Spot for a good Cuban meal! We will be coming at least once a week, the prices won’t kill the budget. The food in extremely fresh, the service is great! Very family friendly restaurant(our waitress learned our daughters name on the first visit). My husband and I had the special of the day: I had the seafood paella(good for two) the seafood was cooked perfectly and the rice had the perfect amount of seasoning and sauce, my husband had the Mahi Mahi in Garlic Cilantro sauce; it was also cooked to perfection. The sauce was not overwhelming, it complimented the fishes natural flavors. The service was greet-full and very pleasant. The waitress that waited us was helpful with the menu and gave us a heads up on the specials. Our drinks were always full and her attention to our needs was exceptional.
