My son attended this daycare for about 9 months. I wasn’t very fond of the staff, the curriculum or the facility but I was in a bind and needed a place quickly. This is the type of place that your child will not learn too much as only one staff member speaks fluent English. Every time I was to pick up my son he was watching TV and the work they gave them to do was just them scribbling on a blank sheet of paper. The only reason I kept my son there for so long was because of the price(I am a single mom) and the fact that they feed the children as well with no additional fees. But they lack proper communication to me(maybe because I did not speak fluent Spanish), they allowed several toddlers to use the bathroom stalls at once(boys and girls together), they have no curriculum etc. I planned a trip for the holidays, and they had the audacity to tell me that I still owe them money for the week missed even though I gave them ample notice. I immediately removed my son with no remorse. If you’re in a bind you can consider this place but as soon as you can, find something better!

There should be an option for zero stars… My baby went to this day care for maybe five months up until I seen the teacher feed the babies with all the same spoon!!! My son was always sick and you still have to pay if you miss a day! This place is a disgrace!

I am currently shopping around daycares for a toddler, initially I called and they were very nice and reasonably priced compared to other daycares in the neighborhood. Upon arriving to the school, my child wasn’t acknowledge although she was crying. She was scared of the school or intimated, come on now she’s two. The staff ignored her, showed me the school gave me an application and while showing me the way out told me «We have a no refund, missing days or vacation policy«So if my child is sick I still have to pay them and if were on vacation I still have to pay them. Most daycares have a two week policy on vacations and if the child is sick bring in a doctors note or whatever. The lady clearly stated«Were not other daycares, that’s our policy. Take it or leave it. «while she took the application from my hand.(with an attitude) She also told me I need to put down, two weeks on worth of registration and one week in advance. The fact that they have that policy clearly means they are ripping parents off… Two stars because the facility is nice, if you want your child to be another dollar bill heck register them. If you’re looking for nurturing in a safe environment keep it moving… On to the next one…
