My appointment was at 8:30, when I arrived 15 mins before like they asked me to they hadn’t opened yet. The receptionist didn’t arrive until 8:45. Then she was very rude the whole time. After I finally complained they sent me in at 9:50. I didn’t see the doctor until almost 10:30. There was no need for me to be here this early only to wait around. The receptionist was so rude, I will not be returning here if I can find someone else to go to. The doctor was a lot nicer but I don’t want to deal with the office staff. Avoid this location if you can !!

This place is the worst! The first time they made me wait for 4 hours telling me once we had the information from my previous doctor they would complete my tests, but since it got close to their lunch time, they dismiss me and reschedule the testing for 1.5 months after.
the second time I arrived on time yet the lady tell me I should have been there 30mins before, little detail they forgot to mention when I booked the appointment. Even thought she saw me with my arms wrapped in plastic wrap and knowing I had my arms numbed for the test she simply dismissed me again and asked me to kindly reschedule.
are you serious? I mean, these people don’t care whether you are sick or not, whether it is hard for you to live with your allergies, they just care about the money and lunch. For you to work in this industry you have to care about your patients, what happened to that?
I will never go back and I suggest you also look somewhere else

10 minute consultation to tell me something I already knew– that I had chronic uticaria (hives). Could not find the cause nor help the symptoms. .
the waiting room was a nightmare of screaming children and the inside of the place was even worse. they didn’t have enough rooms to accommodate people and it felt very assembly-​line like. people were being herded in and out of there like cattle.
Also, when a doctor tells me to come back and see him in 10 days, and I go to make a follow-​up appointment, I don’t expect to hear that he will be on vacation for a month. Needless to say, no follow-​up appointment was made.
