Family Medical Centre

Although the doctors are great, I have never experienced such a disorganized office. The front desk reception is usually unpleasant and clearly incompetent. My personal information was blurted out in front of the entire waiting room (what about HIPAA?), and they scheduled someone else for my appointment and didn’t catch it until trying to collect a large sum of money from me, and our names and birth dates were not even similar.
Wait times are outrageous, usually not rooming patients until at least 1 hour after their appointment times. Then, you wait even longer to finally see the doctor! When I came last week, I waited 90 minutes before being brought to a room and was only told then that my primary did not have the time to see me and I would be seen by the Physician’s Assistant instead (prior notification would have been nice, since I’d had that appointment for weeks).
Although this office is in close proximity to my home and I absolutely adore Dr. Paritzky, this will be my last visit at Family Medical Center.

I’ve been going here for years (5+) I can not be happier with the center overall. This office and the Doral one are by far my faves. It doesn’t matter when I call or what I need, They always accommodate me. It’s quick and painless. My doctor is the bomb, and even got a favorite doctor award this year. Yeah, I won’t Unilocal the name so you don’t steal my appointment. They do the B-​12 shots here and Botox so I am a regular.
