I wish I could give 0 stars!!!

This is so not a FAST FOOD restaurant! The service is TERRIBLE!!! If you have an appointment at 6:00pm and you stop by this checkers at 5:00pm you better believe you will be LATE!!! You order your food from the drive through and you pay then your told to drive over there so they can bring you your food! What kind of FAST FOOD place is this! It’s 5:08pm. The drive through on the driver side isn’t working properly. And the current time is 5:36pm! We are still in the parking lot waiting for our food!!! While waiting another vehicle must have been told to pull up over there while we bring the food to you. Is this SONIC NOW!!!

Horrible service. They hand me my shake with stuff overflowing off the sides. I ask the lady to clean it so it doesn’t mess up my car. She walks away and comes back with napkin and does a half a$$ job. So I ask for napkins to do it myself and she gives me attitude like she’s too good for that. No, you work at checkers your not!!!

The other reviewers weren’t lying. This location is pretty shady. Came here with a group of friends and there was a guy just standing at the order line stalking a worker. A worker didn’t come to the order window until 20 minutes later, and we were the only ones in line. It took another 15 minutes to receive our orders. In the meantime, the stalker harassed the worker, who then locked the order window. Not gonna lie, we were pretty scared for our lives.
When our orders arrived, we jumped into our car to eat. I then saw that my order was missing fries, which was the main reason we drove all the way there. When I made the worker of their mistake, they didn’t even apologize.
The food was extremely greasy and artery-​cloggingly bad. I ordered a bacon burger with fried onion strings. It was served on toasted sliced bread, but what made it bad was the ranch in the burger which overpowered the bacon and even the BBQ sauce. The chili cheese dog was nothing special, and the chili tasted like it was made with ketchup and oil. Not coming back, even for their decent seasoned fries.

If I could put no star I would. If you’re going for a quick bite with no real care of what goes on your food or what happens to it and are looking for some attitude in your life to brighten your day. this is the place for you. Special requests= attitude, coupon= attitude, extra sauce or a spoon even= attitude.
by far WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY RESTAURANT! I ordered my number one and let the man know I had a coupon, which he did not credit until I pulled up and reiterated to him I had the coupon. Along with the number one i ordered a regular chocolate ice-​cream cone which I stated quite clear, in-​turn I received a swirl cup. The man at the window had a attitude with the coupon and then with the ice-​cream. I heard him ask another worker what we ordered and she also said a cone and I looked on the reciete and it said swirl and I yelled through the window chocolate before he made an other mistake. The ice-​cream cone i received was off to the side falling over I had to throw it out before it tumbled on top of me. Im not sure what this restaurants deal is but it seems every time I come here its always something and the attitudes are very much flowing! Worst of all I am almost positive the man at the window was the mananger (blue shirt).
Save yourself the trip and go to the MCDs on university open late as well, the manager there is always delighted to see faces (:

The business is run like a lemonade stand. Twenty minute wait for four chili dogs. Over-​charged on the price on an advertised special. Cook realized she put mustard and ketchup on two of the hot dogs and was ready to wipe the condiments off with a towel and decided not to when she noticed I was watching. Explained that it took so long because of an employee that didnt speak English. Never again.
