Very disappointed that I walked in and no one offered to help me. I was holding a shoe in my hand and two employees were busy talking and didn’t help. I left.

I just left this store and would never go back! The rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. We asked what seemed to be a manager for help, which was worthless because he was the rudest of them all. He looked at us as if we were bothering him. .didn’t even say «how can I help you?». Instead he turned his back to us. Asked him for a size and he looks at us and says «i don’t know what you’re talking about». Calls in the size and walks away. Didn’t ask us to wait just walked away. No point in going on. Just know we will NEVER go back in that store again.

Very disappointed, we just purchase our sons KD’s and after one full day of wear they are ripping! It seems like they were poorly stitched in that area but none the less disappointing considering I trust the brand and tossed out the box! We had great service and the gentleman that helped us was very attentive. Too bad our purchase was a bust! The girls however weren’t very friendly or proactively offering service and the cashier had her mean face on. One star for the one employee that was on top of his guest and informative!

Better prices than Footlocker. They have tons of reprenentstives to help you. Park in Macy’s garage. See Lennin, he really knows his stuff. He is showing my son some really good choices. Beware of the crowds. This place is packed today. The registers don’t seem too bad though. I have a phobia of malls so I’m hoping he will pick a pair fast.
