BURGERFI

O Burgerfi foi uma agradável surpresa. Recomendado por um amigo que se mudou recentemente para os Estados Unidos, fomos juntos conferir a hamburgueria.
Confesso que o layout da casa, em um primeiro momento não me convenceu. Balcões com caixas, para solicitar, como nas redes de fast food. Isso me remeteu de cara a uma possível experiência de «trash food». No entanto, a percepção começou a mudar já no cardápio. Hambuguer de carne de Angus, você pode escolher uma das pré-​sugestões ou montar o seu, adicionando os ingredientes.
Solicitei um double cheeseburger, e já previamente avisado pelo meu colega soliciteiuma batata média, para dividir com a minha esposa.
O lanche é fenomenal. Pequeno, saboroso e muito bem preparado. O tamanho é adequado a ponto de ser possível comer dois. O que eu recomendo, pois assim dá para variar os toppings e variar os sabores.
Os preços são justos, adequados, e realistas. Enfim, uma experiência fantástica!
Recomendo, e certamente voltarei assim que for aos EUA novamente.

This location is so convenient. It’s right next to Chipotle and near Total Wine on Pines Blvd just west of 75. The service was good but nothing extraordinary. The first impression that I got walking in was boy is it warm in here. We ordered two of the originals and the Urban fries that really just seemed to have mayonnaise squirted all over the top and then cheap Parmesean cheese. The burger was cooked right and was juicy but there wasn’t anything amazing about it. Fudruckers burgers have way more flavor. Maybe it was the night I walked in there so I will try it again sometime.

I came there last night with my wife and five kids because Sunday’s are our family nights and from the entrance we were greeted by the staff our cashier was Britney and Abigail they helped us on the menu and showed us how to combine the orders and help us save a few extra dollars and from there it let me know that they were about helping the customer even after we started eating the manager Jamar came over and introduced himself and showed great service in helping us the burgers were the best I ever had my wife enjoyed he conflicted burger and her Oreo custard I got a chance to also enjoy my football game in the process So we know where we will be going on our family nights thanks @burgerfi for the wonderful evening.

Excellent food! Excellent service! The staff took great care and concern for my family and our experience! Pass on the expensive Coca Cola Freestyle drinks and you’ll enjoy yourself!!!

I wanted to update my review, since having such a poor experience when visiting BurgerFi in Pembroke Pines. The management contacted me, was told they have changed menu items & management and invited me back to try the food again.
Big Difference!, this time it was a different bread with sesame seeds & nice and warm. The veggie burger was delicious and you have your choice of many toppings. I also ordered the fries, which were really good (hard to stop eating) They give you a large amt.
The food is not inexpensive, with a drink, it’s $ 15.88 (fries, veggie burger & drink), but was really good, totally different experience, from my last visit.

I just ate here for the first time. The burgers are tasty but kind of on the small side for the price. The buns basically mushed in my hands. Probably too much steam. The onion rings are another matter. They’re just too big and thick. The breading is too thin and flakes off so all I’m left eating is a big, thick tasteless hot onion slice. I was hoping for a better dining experience. I’ll order the fries next time, but if they disappoint me too, I won’t come back

This location in Pembroke pines is inconcistent with the franchise in other places. The service is extremely slow — it takes 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries, the staff is poorly trained and have no personality, they don’t look you in the eyes, they don’t speak clearly, it can go on and on. The food is not that good either, hockey puck like burger, poorly constructed. Such a disappointment.

First BurgerFi experience was at 595 and University. When we saw that one was opening closer to home… We were so happy bc the burgers are delicious. Today we finally got the chance to eat there and we were not disappointed. From the Bun to the patty, the whole experience was excellent. Love BurgerFi!

This review is about the service. The food is fine but the service is to slow. I didn’t write a review the first time my order took 25 minutes to get to me during a standard lunch day because they had just opened a week before. I didn’t write a review the second time when the food took 30 minutes on a slow Friday night because I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but the third time they took more than 30 minutes I have to bring it to the mgmt attention. If you don’t want to close soon figure out how to speed up the service. Learn from the Weston location. It would be faster to drive up 10 minutes and get my food faster then going to the one right around the corner.

The two stars in my review goes entirely toward their food.
We happened to walk in the first opening night-​they were wonderful. The woman helped us order and we were very impressed with their Vegefi burger (the only reason we keep coming back).
I think we’ve managed to come here once a week since they’ve opened for a quick post-​gym bite or a lunch break. I kid you not, every single time sans opening night, the people working the register are incredibly reluctant to take our order! I don’t get it. There are typically three people working the counter. One girl always told us «she’ll be right with you» and proceeded to continue ignoring us. I don’t know if they were training or flat out didn’t care, but it reflects horribly on the business.
We’ve also tried to split our bill between two parties (you’d think a simple task for a cashier) but was told that’s not something they do (except it’s been done at that very location before). We happened to be getting take out but when I looked in the bag, the Cajun fries we ordered were seriously lacking the Cajun part. I went back in and asked for the manager. He seemed apologetic and I empathize that it’s a new company, but if you’re going to hire teenagers, hire ones that bother to care.
Other than the service, I adore the veggie burgers. I’m hoping they honor the rules of not frying a veggie burger on the same surface of a meat burger for health purposes. They alway have a decent selection of local beers. And it’s a pretty neat atmosphere for a small party.

I came here on a busy Friday night and ordered two burgers at 8:15. As I sat and waited, a server politely came and asked if I’d like some water — not typical for a place where you order food and pick it up on your own, so it was a nice gesture.
I received my burger 20 minutes later, not too bad. We ordered the Breakfast All Day burger, the bacon was perfectly crisp but there was no egg yolk which was a bummer. Granted, they do have FI on the Fly, where you can order your burger online and pick it up here — I’ll probably do that next time and specify yolk. Didn’t really taste the maple syrup in the burger either. The fries were extremelyyyy salty.
The total for 2 breakfast burgers and fries was $ 19.73. Without drinks. Pretty expensive when the burger wasn’t extremely delicious. Overall it’s relaxed place to come grab a bite to eat if you’re not looking for a fully sit-​down experience. Just don’t come with too much expectations.

Over all it’s over priced. Burgers are good not great and decent price but come on $ 3.27 for a side of fries and $ 3 for a fountain drink. If you like spending $ 15 for a burger with fries and drink then this is the place to be. They need to have a better combo price especially in the lunch hours.

This place is amazing! The burgers are great! I recommend the salty french fries! So deliciously regretful but so worth it. These burgers may look small but they really hit you hard after. The environment is really nice and the people are ok. The one thing that makes this place great is the fact that its one of the places in west pines that is open past 10. It closes at 11 which is not that late but better than most places and you can grab a good burger late.

Nice retro fit from previous burger franchise that was here but nothing really memorable still about this run of the mill burger franchise.
decent fries, onion rings, buns were dry, I had a cold Vienna beef dog Chicago style.
They remade but it was still not warmed through.
I asked for a beer while I waited and they obliged so that’s always cool.
It’s decent, but not at all semi fast. noisy acoustics.
I’d come back but only w someone that wanted to come here as an accommodation as its nothing special.

Finally I can have a great burger in Pembroke Pines!
Burger Fi is definitely natural and tastes amazing. I don’t even compare it to mc Donald’s in term of cost, quality and taste… burger Fi is 100 times better.
This location is also comfortable for parking.
I enjoyed my double bacon cheeseburger with fries and onion rings. You can custom your burger and I love that!
Tip: you must try «Oh my chocolate», it’s a kind of milkshake with brownies, chocolate, m&m…yummy!!!

My $ 7.49 burger is the size of a McDonald’s dollar menu size burger and it does even come with fries. It is suppose to be we we on the burgerfi sauce. I couldn’t find any sauce and it tasted very bland. I don’t know about the «natural angus beef». But it is just a dry piece of patty to me.
The my should walk a mile east to see what kind of burger you’ll get for $ 7 at Fuddruker or what you’ll get for $ 13 (price for a burger and fries here) at BnB joint.
Not better bun than Mac D nor better patty. I’d do five guys, red robin before this place. Only thing better than Mac D is that they serve beer.

Cajun fries were delicious, way better than the parmesan fries. The Breakfast All Day burger was good but I felt like we waited a little too long for our order. We also ended up ordering a concrete custard that took about 20 minutes to come to our table and this was after the restaurant had died down from their afternoon rush. There was also only one high chair for the whole restaurant, other mothers were eyeing me like vultures. This wasn’t my first time at a Burger Fi and my last experience involved a long wait as well so I’m not sure if this is a BurgerFi thing or an independent location thing. I do like that they kept coming around with different samples, the red velvet sample was delicious.

I have been really excited about this place opening up since I love their location in weston. But I was kind of disappointed when I went simply because of the service. This isn’t a place where you get waited on you basically go up to the counter order your food, they give you a buzzer and once it buzzes you pick up your food. So it should be simple to have regular service here. but no.
I went to the counter to order my food and I stood there while several employees just walked past me ignoring the fact that I wanted to order. No one even acknowledged me. I was getting a little frustrated so I asked if this is where I place the order and the lady said yes that someone should be right with me. Well it took a few more minutes but then finally the lady that had walked past me and ignored me several time finally took my order. I sat down and I decided that I wanted a milkshake so I went back to the counter to order it. This time there were several people at the counter who all seemed to be frustrated so I know it wasn’t just me. I ordered my milkshake and then went to grab some ketchup. All the ketchup bottles were empty so once again I unfortunately had to go back to the counter to ask for some the lady got me one container with enough ketchup to put on about 10 fries. At this point I don’t even want to go to the counter anymore because I was so frustrated with the service that I settled with what I had. At this point I just wanted my food so I could get out of there. After a few moments my buzzer buzzed I ate my burger and left.
The food was alright but I didn’t have ketchup to enjoy my fries and I was frustrated at the fact that no one seemed to care about the customer. The next time I’m in the mood for Burgerfi i’ll just take the 10 minute drive to weston.

There should be more places like this. Places that are aware of what products they are giving to their customers. This place serves Angus burgers that are free from antibiotics or hormones. The portion is perfect for the amount of meat one should be eating. Remember it’s the size of your fist. A lot of people get caught up in the portion size and they think the bigger the better. For that go to McDonalds and get fat. This place is perfect and you have the option to indulge or eat clean. Can’t get any better. Welcome to Pines Burger Fi! This place is poppin’.

I love BurgerFi burgers! I was waiting for this particular spot to open since uh… I donno… ages?! Anyway, it’s nice and clean inside but the way they layout to form the line to make your order is right in the middle. Its a bit awkward. During peak hours, getting around like getting condiments, beverages, and picking up your food at the counter may be troublesome. Also, the lady that took my order was speaking so low that I could barely hear her.
I ordered the BurgerFi Cheeseburger and it was delicious! Let’s talk about the portion first. This is not a big burger so don’t expect the portion to be like the Flannies Big Daddy, I would say about 65% of the Big Daddy. The taste and quality is very fresh and the meat is juicy and never frozen. Their hand-​cut fries are good but nothing extraordinary.
I would of gave this place 5 stars but I feel like they have room for improvements. It took about 15 – 20 mins to get our burgers but I give them the benefit of the doubt that this is still a new establishment so it’ll take some time to settle. But compare to other BurgerFis like the one in Weston, it’s like 10 minutes or less and we get our food. Also, there were some to go order customers who were taking up tables. People that are eating there almost had no tables. Last but not least, I think the layout of the line could form around the walls so that there’s less clutter in the middle? But in time, I think some of these will be worked out. I’ll be back again for my next burger stop (maybe not during peak hours) and give an update. :-)

One of my favorite burger stops. Glad its in my neighborhood now. Not that the other burgerfi was that far away anyway in Weston. I love the fries with onion rings mix and that you can get it as one order nice little mix And their shakes are unbelievable. I have to take a nap after I eat this meal lol. Their burgers are so tasty and I love that I can put anything I want on it, usually I just get the bacon a mushroom and double cheese yummy. I also love there red velvet cake, it is to die for. staff is very polite and always ask if there’s something else I need which is awesome makes me feel welcome.
