I used to frequent this local place, but no more. Something happened and it’s not the same. The last three times I went inside I sat as the bartender bs’ed with someone and ignored me. I ain’t going to wait 10 minutes for a beer that will take me five to drink. Also: It’s smoky, loud on the weekends(turning the bands speakers up don’t make them sound any better), the draft tastes weird(clean them lines) and the crowd ain’t friendly like it used to be. Sad, but I used to like this place. Time to go.

This is a decent place to grab a beer during late night hours once all the other bars in the area have closed. It’s open really late on the weekends(till 4am I believe) and you’ll catch a lot of people that are in the biz having a post-work drink here. There was a rock band that was playing very loudly during my first visit recently. They were so loud one had to yell to be heard. I think everyone was glad when they stopped. The bar is a decent size and there’s a pool table, a few arcades and a jukebox to keep you entertained. There are a few screens set to ESPN too. The beer is reasonably priced and we paid 6 bucks for a huge glass mug of newcastle. Not a bad dive to go to once other places in the area have closed.
