I called on Thursday night to have someone come over to fix my A/​C which was acting up. They sent Ray over early Friday morning. He was on time and very thorough. He explained everything to me in simple terms, which put me at ease instantly. He fixed the issue, made clear recommendations and got everything handled for me efficiently… All with a smile!
