I have this habit of stopping and getting real freshly made jerky whenever I can. Beef sticks, that’s a yes, too.
Whoa, seriously good here. And they had cheese curds and their version of Bologna (blah) sitting out for sampling, too. It was a definite disservice to call that product curds or bologna; they were amazingly fresh and tasty. It is a definite «stop every time» spot in Pella for me.

We Stopped in for a quick bite at lunch. We had the chicken salad sandwich and a bratwurst. Both were delicious! The chicken salad was a perfect mix of creamy and crunchy. It was almost as good as my mom’s.. . Not! But similar. The bratwurst was a tasty, mustardy, sauerkrauty heaven.
