This contractor comes to your house smiling and acting trustworthy but he try’s to do the job the cheapest way with cheapest materials and using kids to work. I made the mistake having him paint and redo my home after a tree disaster. He promised a lot of work for the money but only wanted to do one side of the exterior and no interior work for the insurance money. Plus promised work he was paid for and never did. He also said he stained the house which prevents pealing. He lied and it was painted peeled weeks later. Came out angry and said he fixed the issues. The house peeled the next week. He did not remove rotting wood as promised instead painted over them. He redid chimney which I was to, d needs to be redone because the work was all wrong. 7k. For that and 23k for a paint job on one half of my house which lasted 9 months. What a con job. The worst thing is he was recommended by a neighbor so I guess he gets away with a lot. My neighbor was an addict which I found out later so who knows what he took from her. STAYAway!

Pat and his crew just finished renovating my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They were professional and showed true craftsmanship. I highly recommend Pat and his crew.
