Just got my son his first level hobby quad copter and we immediately needed guidance (and some replacement parts!). The people there were so very friendly and helpful. We got lost in the place, there is so much there. The workers are knowledgeable and won’t up-sale you. I really enjoyed the time (s) there.

Wow! Walked in with 7 people behind the counter. Never got greeted! Was looking to spend a few hundred and had to ask for help. Never got any so I left. 2 people behind counter didn’t even look up and say thanks for coming in. Everything in there could be bought online so guess where I’m shopping tonight??? Hard to support local businesses when they could care less if you come in or leave. Strange that at Christmas time I got no service! And no they were not busy helping others! Very disappointed.
