Dunkin’ Donuts

I have to say, I have never seen a bigger bunch of idiots running a Dunkin donuts than the staff they had here this morning. OMG!!! Arguing with each other, a line formed and no eye contact to say I’ll be right with you, we were all asking if we could get help– one idiot said — I’ll be with you in a sec while he tried to figure out to make a pot of coffee. I think the front service people and the window people were even tossing donut holes at each other– leaving us customers — who have work to do and places to go standing around playing pocket pool.
Albeit the donuts may have been fine (i just picked up a dozen to take to a meeting and did not eat one) but whoever manages this place– shame on you. You hire no brain stoners on a busy morning and they were obviously not managed at all. If the owner was there– really sad. Heard there was another choice (a local place down the road once I got to the office) so I will not ever be back here and make better choices in the future. A major pet peeve for me is complete incompetence. Want to see it– come here!!! Just watch, then leave.

I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff, clean location, food at the right temperature & overall nice environment. It’s a bit of a drive from where I live, but well worth it.

Dunkin’ Donuts is the same everywhere but it got the best smoothest coffee. As far as donuts their second behind Krispy Kreme.

Conveniently located & the staff is always great! I love the donuts & my coffee is always perfect upon numerous visits! I love the free donut with every online survey, I’ve taken so many online surveys with Dunkins & they still honor my free donut for a survey! Donuts are always moist & the sour cream donuts are extremely delicious! The coffee is half the price of Starbucks!

This was the first Dunkin Donuts I’ve visited in the state of Alabama, and the first time in months since I’ve had a Dunkin Donut (Colorado does not run on dunkin). I stopped here on my cross country trek to Montgomery. Anyway, it must be near a college campus because there were a ton of cute college aged girls.
Donuts were still fresh at 3PM and the coffee was hot. The man who appeared to be the shift manager brought me fresh glazed munchkins that melted in my mouth. Win.

This location cannot get an order correct. They are continually out of many things on their menu. The Bessemer location offers to make you any donut they have run out of-​WHILE YOU WAIT. I mean, how can the service be so different 20 miles away? I am willing to drive that far to get better service, because when I’m in the mood for donuts, I don’t want a hassle.
