Happy, Happy, Happy! This was our second time using Dad’s and I must say we are quite pleased! Having owned a carpet and upholstery cleaning company in the past, I am quite discerning when it comes to this type work. Dave operates a fine company and his technicians are polite, professional and thorough. No rushing through to get to the next job. Mike made sure I was satisfied before he left. He called before coming to make sure I was home. I even received an email the day before the job to remind me they were coming. Stains and dirt are gone and we are ready for the party we are hosting this weekend! Thank you, Dave, for operating a solid company. You are what is right in the carpet and upholstery cleaning cleaning industry.

I purchased a home in the area and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before all of our stuff arrived. I called on a Monday, and they were able to work with me and juggle their schedules to get everything cleaned by Tuesday evening. Very professional and great customer service, and the carpets got cleaned too.

As far as I know they did a fantastic job, the cat urine smell has vanished, and the carpets have never looked cleaner. Very professional and knowledgeable, on top of that their work is guaranteed, which is why I went with them. I would certainly call and use their services again.
