I’ve been here twice. Each visit, I was given no preparation instructions like the fact that I’d have to provide a urine sample, which can be difficult when I’d just urinated at home. On one occasion, I scheduled an appointment for one thing and the clinic was unprepared to do it even though I’d requested it when I made the appointment.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I had a 9 am consultation only appointment for birth control (no exam) and got there 15 min early from Metamora. I literally rolled out of bed and looked cleaner and more presentable than the people working there. I was asked to fill out a ton of paperwork before I was forced to wait over an HOUR. I was getting a little impatient and asked the «nurse» at the front office about how much longer, as I had arranged for a sitter for an appointment I thought would be quick. She was not polite and basically told me these appointments take a while and I should have allowed for more time. Shortly After 10am I got called back to a small, very hot room where a woman asked me the same questions I filled out on the paperwork and took my blood pressure. She left the room and said a Dr would be with me in a few minutes. I was able to hear conversations of the employees in the hall. They were mostly complaining about the heat and their patients. While I understand this is common in the workplace I believe they should be more discreet about where they discuss these things. 20 min later I was so hot I had to open the door, which must have alerted someone that they forgot about me because not even a minute late the Dr walked in. I talked to her for about 5 min and I had my prescription. FINALLY, I was ready to go– or so I thought. I took my paperwork up to the window and I was told to have a seat. Again. Ten minutes later I was called up to pay for my visit– 36.00. I gave the receptionist my debit card, knowing I had more than enough in my checking account. I was shocked when she handed it back to me and said «The computer keeps saying invalid account. Maybe you should run to an ATM and come back with the money» !!! I could not believe, after explaining how I was pressed for time because I didn’t think to allow 2 hours for a consultation only appointment, she would seriously ask me to do that. I said I would just send in my payment, that this office had wasted enough of my time. At this point a second «nurse» became very rude and said «Mam, when we schedule appointments we have to allow for so many no shows, so when everyone shows it backs things up» wow, so they make the people who DO show up for their appointments suffer for those who DON’T. I will NEVER, EVER go back to this office again. If you can help it, I would urge you to go elsewhere.
