I contacted them and set up an appointment to have someone come out to get me an estimate on putting in an egress window and doing some other work in my basement. The next day, someone came out. He took his time to make sure to understand what I was looking for and stayed for about an hour before leaving. He told me he would have an estimate done within a week or so.
Three weeks later, I emailed the company, letting them know I hadn’t received an estimate yet, I found someone else to take care of the egress window and that, however, I might still be interested in hearing what they could do about the rest of the work I needed to have done. They replied the next day to let me know that they had forwarded the information to one of their guys (I think it was the same person who came to get the measurements and whatnot). About a week later… nothing.
