Worst UHaul experience ever. They were closed over the Labor day weekend and charged for the two days they were closed even thought they insisted there would be no charge for the days they were closed. When I contacted Frank the owner, they said there was nothing they could do and denied they ever said they were not going to charge. U-​Haul Corporate has been notified and they will investigate.

Disappointed and unhappy. We scheduled a UHaul trailer pickup 10 days in advance to pick up today at 1pm, and the place was locked with a note on the door when we arrived. Their response to our phone call after waiting past the time designated on the note (1:30p) was «maybe» they would show up in a half hour… We were surprised by this behavior as most other reviews were positive.

My father has been using them for a long time and always has quality work done. Memorial day I got a flat tire and of course nobody was open, so he called them. They said they were at the shop just grilling and to come on over, they’d help me out. So I used some fix-​a-​flat just to get me there and he fixed me right up and only charged me $ 12. Not only did he take time out of his holiday with his family for me but even said if the food was ready he’d offer me some. Super nice, family owned business. I highly recommend.
