The Villas at Shadow Creek

My grandson stays in the Villas Shadow Creek only been an hour and a half of a month paying 1300 and $ 50 a month he works out of town comes home on Friday got home Friday night we didn’t have no I went to the office on on Saturday and they tell him he had to wait until Monday before he can have some air this is Texas it’s hot as hell out here where they want to charge $ 50 late fee if your late for every day so they told my grandson 4 full days for not living in this heat is crazy seeing people always there and say I’m watching Roots and that don’t piss me off even worse because the way they did I was back in the days and I’m his grandma so I know how to do and they said they can’t getting over a deceased there until Monday so he will just suffer all the way up until Monday because his name is Kunta Kinte just cut his toes off he’ll survive until Monday

I love the community I live in. If very family oriented and I feel safe. My kids are able to go outside and play with their friends or go swimming. I can hit up the gym for quick workout durning my busy day

I have only lived here for a few months but for the most part i enjoy the complex

Overall I am content with living at the Villas. Most times many of my issues are resolved in a reasonable or quick amount of time. On another note, at times the office staff can be hard to reach on the phone and the manager is condescending to residents. Other than that, I have enjoyed my time at the Villas and I appreciate the upkeep of the property.

Billed as luxury apartments and at first glance they do indeed seem so. But in truth, these apartments are overpriced by about 600 dollars. Appliances barely work and are not maintained well. The maintenance staff is lazy and cares more about the dumpster than the rooms. The manager of the complex is trying her best but her staff is very rude. The stairs and walkways to the apartments are disgusting because the trash valet drag the bags letting the bags rip to spill garbage and often mystery liquids that stain and smell. The secondary exit gate breaks down on a monthly basis and takes 1 – 2 weeks to fix. A package we didn’t realize was coming was returned as soon as it arrived in the main office because it was either «too big or contained perishables». When we received it, there were no perishables and I have not only seen, but also received larger packages. For the sake of your health, your wallet, and most importantly, your sanity, do not move in here. You would be much happier literally anywhere else.

We’ve lived here for 3+ months. Nice large 1 bedroom with w/​d. We looked at multiple apts all over the Houston area, for the amenities this was the best price. Office staff is efficient and pleasant. It is very quiet. The trash is picked up very late in the evenings.
