We have used The Great Frame Up extensively. John has framed works of art of ours that hang at both our place of business and at our house. Takes his time helping you design your frame.

I appreciate that John reached out to speak to me about my last visit to his store. I’m updating the review to clarify that I didn’t get to actually do business with this store, since they weren’t open, so there’s a great chance that they are a good place to work with when they are open. Hopefully they have cleared up the issues they were having with their store hours and no one else experiences the problem that I had experienced. On that note, I would definitely give The Great Frame Up a second chance next time I am in need of framing services.

I use The Great Frame up for all of my family’s treasures for years. This is a local business owned by a family which has lived in Pearland for years, so you get the personable service that comes from people who care versus a corporate giant. Great quality is not free and it takes time to complete. My high expectations have always been met and that keeps me going back.

Great place to get something framed up. Everything looked great! The customer service was top notch the only thing that stopped me from giving the five star is the time it took the piece to get done. I was told it would take a week then three weeks passed by then I called and asked about it then I was told it would be done that day. No call back then the next day I got a call that it was done. That would be my only complaint the workmanship was great and it looked good thank you the great frame up
